HIGHLIGHTS ON THE WORLD'S TWO KNOWN MAJOR MILITARY POWERS WITH EXCEEDING INTERVENTION AUTHORITY AND BY USE OF MILITARY FORCE IN REGIONS OF CONFLICTS AS PART OF THE GLOBAL FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM MAY FURTHER RESULT IN CONFLICT OF INTEREST AMONG THE WORLD'S MAJOR POWERS.

      Highlights on the World's two known major military powers with exceeding intervention authority by use of military force in areas of conflict in many parts of the World as part of the fight against global terrorism and unfortunately without the passage of the United Nations Security Council Resolution that authorizes the use of military force as an alternative means to resolve conflicts  restore order and peace in the regions of conflicts has remained disputable in the series of meetings Conferences and Summits held in the World's major capital cities , specially in the latest series of meetings held in the European Union major cities of Brussels Strasbourg Geneva Berlin Oslo Copenhagen Stockholm Bonn Vienna Astana Egypt and other World's major capital cities by governments and Organizations over the last and this weekend in the attempts of the various mentioned governments with the Organizations to prevent conflicts with the frequent use of the high technology and sophisticated defense and star wars weapons against the World's fledgling military powers. This mentioned weapons have been claimed to have been used by the nations listed as partly successful nations in the Space Science technology and projects for further space mission projects, or exploration of far away heavenly bodies and planets in the outer space of the Universe. These effort of the governments with the Organizations in the attempts and effort for the prevention of conflicts, enable ceasefire and prevent ceasefire violation with other violations as the authority to wage wars against other countries in the global fight against terrorism, or as a result of conflict of interest, instead of the general effort of the World's major countries to prevent conflicts and restore order and peace in the areas of conflict. However, the United Nations Organization with other governments have expressed their concern about the results of the meetings held in the European Union countries major capital cities and in the mentioned other capital cities of many countries around the World that have emphasized their joint effort to prevent conflicts restore order and peace in the regions of conflicts by peaceful negotiation, or by enabled  ceasefire agreements and ceasefire extension in the areas of conflicts as in the current countries and regions of Syria Northern Iraq Afghanistan East of Ukraine the Island of Krim Mali North Eastern region of Kenya Somalia Uganda and South of Sudan. Many of the mentioned countries have frequently been attacked and suffered major losses in precious human lives and properties as  a result of the frequent attacks and by the use of the sophisticated high technology modern weapons in modern fighter jets long range missiles, or Continental Missiles that can destroy capital cities with the peace and civilization of the fledgling powers and knock out governments from power from far away Continents. Nevertheless, in one, or few of mentioned regions of conflicts around the World modern jet fighters of the World's major countries have been frequently shot down and the fired long range missiles intercepted from a distant range, or reversed to the sites of launch and later re-intercepted again and again with precision and destroyed.
