USA CAPITAL HILL HAS REMAINED CALM AND UNDER TIED SECURITY MEASURES DURING THE INITIAL PROCESS OF THE SCHEDULED POWER TRANSITION IN THE USA WITH ITS PROJECTED WIDE RANGE EFFECT IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD.

      USA Capital Hill has remained calm and under tied security measures during the initial process of the scheduled power transition in the USA with its projected wide range effect in other parts of the World that would begin by the official relinquishment of power by the exiting Democratic Party President Barack Obama to the current and newly elected Republican Party President Donald Trump, despite the rising concern in the USA and foreign countries, particularly in Russia the European Union Countries that entailed the exiting EU member country of Britain with Canada Australia South America and other countries of the Middle East the Persian Gulf the Arab World and African countries, specially on the rising concern about changes in the domestic and foreign policy of the USA attributed to the scheduled power transition that may profoundly affect bilateral relationship between the USA and the mentioned foreign countries in the various fields of security and defense cooperation, besides the monetary policy in finance assistance allocation immigration energy and Environmental Protection assistance with emphasis on the demand for change in the various energy sources, particularly on the hazardous and polluting energy sources to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources in various mentioned countries of the World, whether they may have been described as major, or minor countries of this World. Russian government has further emphasized on the good bilateral relationship of Russia with the USA that should be maintained, after the transition of power in the USA to the President elect of the Republican Party Donald Trump, despite the repeated denouncement statements said by the leaders of the World's major countries of both the USA and Russia on claims of cyber attacks against the USA election computer network systems by Russian diplomats that have been all evicted from the USA to Russia in special Russian airline in addition to the denouncement of extended sanction by the USA and European Union Countries against Russia. Other similar major countries of the European Union  Canada Australia Japan Brazil Mexico, except China with the other countries of the Middle East the Arab World and African countries have bitterly complained about the foreseeable changes in the USA trade relationship  monetary policy security and defense policy, or relationship that may occur to the disadvantage of many of these mentioned countries and the USA, due to the scheduled transition of power in the USA that would take place in just three days time period and specifically on Friday January 20th in the Year two thousand and seventeen shortly, or in the long term after the President elect Donald Trump has been sworn in to the highest Executive Office as the forty fifth President of the United States of America.
