MAJOR COUNTRIES CLAIMS OF USA MISSILES DEFENSE SYSTEMS THREAT AGAINST THE HIGH TECHNOLOGY AND STRATEGIC DEFENSE WEAPONS MAY FURTHER STRAIN DEFENSE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE USA AND PREVENT AGREEMENT ON VARIOUS DEFENSE ISSUES.

       USA missiles defense systems capability in Europe has been generally referred to as a threat to the Russian and other major countries strategic defense weapons systems as the missile defense systems of Russia China the European Union Countries and Iran, after both Russian and Chinese reliable media sources have reported precise interception of long range missiles launched by Russians at its initial phase of launch, rather than at the normal medium range of interception from unspecified locations in Europe, specifically in the European Union Countries of Germany Poland and Romania in which the USA has stationed a number of its military Bases and erected the missile defense systems that have been generally claimed and referred to as a threat to the equally super power country of Russia and other major powerful countries as China Japan the European Union Countries the East European Countries with the near-by Middle Eastern and far away Asian countries of Iran and India that have denounced America's threat of missile defense systems with the USA recent claims of missile interception capability that has successfully intercepted missiles launched at a close range within Russian territory, specifically at the Russian Western border to East of Ukraine Poland Romania and possibly Vladivostock  from the distance of about five hundred and twenty miles to the Russian and China's missiles and Cyber Defense Forces surprise and shock. The NATO European Council based in the European capital city of Brussels has expressed itself with a touch of indifference about the recent development of missile defense systems crisis, specially the few that have been recently stationed by the USA Forces in the European Union Countries, but further expressed itself as at the initial phase of its Cyber Defense and Missile Defense Systems programs that should begin with the recruitment of the young and talented military personnel and civilian citizens and by the further reinforcement of the programs by the recruitment of the Internet Police Forces from the various European Union Countries. However, major countries claims of USA Missile Defense Systems threat against the high technology strategic defense weapons may further strain defense relationship of the major countries with the USA and prevent agreement on various defense issues with the required participation, or involvement in military intervention in regions of conflict in any part of this World, particularly in the countries in which its population have been threatened by conflicts and humanitarian crisis of greater magnitude.
