USA CITY OF HOUSTON IN THE STATE OF TEXAS HAS BEEN OVERWHELMED BY DEVASTATING EFFECT OF THE NATURAL CATASTROPHE NAME HARVEY.

      USA city of Houston in the State of Texas has been overwhelmed by devastating effect of the Natural Catastrophe of hurricane name Harvey which had been detected earlier by USA meteorologists last week, specifically on Thursday August 24th and Friday August 25th in the Atlantic Ocean as tiny and less dangerous tropical storm that gained speed and momentum as it cycled counter clockwise toward the Gulf of Mexico and made landfall in the USA State of Texas on Saturday August 26th in the Year two thousand and seventeen as category two hurricane a little earlier than usual as it has been known in the semi-temperate type of climate regions of the USA Southern parts and the neighboring countries of Canada Mexico and the Arctic border region to the Russian furthest Northern border in the Arctic Circle. The extend of damage in both human lives and property that has been so far inflicted on properties and the inhabitants of Texas by strong wind  rainfall and flooding  caused by hurricane Harvey as it made landfall over the weekend has been regarded as relatively devastating with minimal damaging effect on properties and the human live that has been lost in Houston Texas, except for the rising flood water caused by Harvey landfall at Houston Texas which unfortunately, has continued to rise beyond the estimated two feet of flood water that had been estimated would cover the streets and houses in the USA State of Texas. The emergence response against the Natural Catastrophe name Harvey has been outstanding and entailed the response of the White House the USA Federal Emergence Management Agency (FEMA) and other USA States. USA President Donald Trump has conveyed the message of strength and sympathy to the Texans that have been made homeless by Harvey and required immediate rehabilitation to safety locations as it will be immediately provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as the authority responsible for the expected and unexpected response procedures to Natural Catastrophe changing condition of varied magnitude. FEMA has estimated the number of Texans that required immediate rehabilitation as thirty thousand and rising. The estimated number included the number of  women  children and men that have been rescued by boats vehicles, or helicopter to hospitals for treatment, or for the mentioned rehabilitation centers in Houston Texas. Media sources that comprised of both the domestic and International media sources have further speculated on what ought to have been done with regard to the precautionary measures as the required evacuation of the inhabitants, before Harvey made landfall, or the required basic preparation measures against wind rainfall and flood water often brought forth by the Natural Catastrophe of hurricane of specified magnitude as the USA hurricane named Harvey that made landfall at Houston Texas with considerable strength of Tropical Storm that could upgrade to hurricane one, or hurricane two category and destroy anything along its path as it moves toward the Pacific Ocean the Atlantic Ocean and the Arctic Circle, if not compelled by external forces, or objects along its path that often divert Natural Catastrophes' path as hurricanes and tornadoes of huge magnitude to divert, or change its path and make landfall on inhabited locations along the coastal regions, or deep in land and in the forests of the countries often frequented by the Natural Catastrophes as the hurricanes tornadoes flood much rainfall avalanche mudslides and others. Scientists have been clear about the current limited scope of scientific break-through with the potential capability of scientists and various branches o f science to predict the rise of potential natural Catastrophes in Oceans Seas and on land with the required projections on when and how the Natural Catastrophes may gain, or lose strength , before they made landfall on sea at the Gulf, or at a particular location on land a long their path, or on the often diverted locations near, or far away from the predicted path, or location of landfall of the Natural Catastrophes of hurricanes, or tornadoes.
