CONTINGENCY MANEUVER IN JOINT MILITARY EXERCISE OF USA AND SOUTH KOREA FORCES IN SOUTH KOREA AND THE KOREAN PENINSULA HAS EASED THE MOUNTING PRESSURE FOR POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF ANOTHER FIERCE MILITARY SKIRMISHES, OR CONFLICT AT THE BORDER REGION BETWEEN NOTH AND SOUTH KOREA.

      Contingency maneuver in joint military exercise of USA and South Korea forces in South Korea city of Seoul and the Korean Peninsula has eased the mounting pressure for possible outbreak of fierce conflict in the South Korean Peninsula and along the border region between South Korea and North Korea as the joint military exercise in constant maneuver has eased the mounting pressure for possible outbreak of yet another fierce military skirmishes along the border region and between North Korea and South Korea forces that have so far had frequent experiences of multiple military skirmishes at the border region between the two countries in the absence, or present of USA forces. Nevertheless, extra-ordinary peace prevailed  at the border region during the joint military exercise of the USA forces and South Korea for this Year, despite multiple violation of North Korea sovereign territories by the joint forces of the United States of America and South Korea at the Korean Peninsula and at the mentioned border region between North and South Korea. The United States of America and South Korea governments have been set under constant political pressure diplomatic security and Humanitarian obligation to comply with the World's Body regulations as the United Nations Resolution against the use of force at the border region and against Pyongyang, particularly after United Nations Security Council concluded its meeting on Pyongyang's nuclear ambition crisis with intensified sanction against North Korea, instead of the use of military force against North Korea as it may have been suggested by other groups within the USA and in foreign countries. China Japan and the European Union countries have supported the United Nations decision for intensified sanction against North Korea, but have rejected the possible use of force against North Korea, if Pyongyang nuclear dispute escalated beyond control and further in China Sea the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean. However, the United States of America has further emphasized on the President's statement for open options to the current nuclear threat of North Korea as it has been highlighted on the domestic and International media sources of many countries of this World which have mentioned the USA President request for all the alternative measures for solution that may entail the use of military force as solution to the current defiance and the rise of nuclear dispute in the Korean Peninsula China Sea the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean. USA forces redeployment in the Korean Peninsula China Sea and the Pacific Ocean has continued in the last few days as the joint USA and South Korea forces military exercise continued without confrontation in the Korean Peninsula and along the South Korea and North Korea border region on which no shotdown of fighter jets occurred, despite airspace violation by the joint military forces along the border region. North Korean government objection to USA demands for relinquishment of its strategic long and short range missiles test in the Korean Peninsula and in the Pacific Ocean has remained the highlighted news of the week on many domestic and International media sources, particularly in the USA Russia China the European Union countries South and North Korea media sources, despite the mentioned major countries with additional other countries concern that entailed Britain Canada Australia and Japan concern about claims of possible outbreak of long and short range missiles test that could be armed with nuclear war heads to target far away targets in the Korean Peninsula China Sea the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean. Further dialogue has been requested between the USA and North Korea on China mediation effort, despite Pyongyang defiance against compliance with the demand of USA to cease its strategic long range missiles test which has been the main cause of rising tension for possible use of military force against North Korea, instead of the general requirement for the recommended intensified sanction against Pyongyang, despite North Korea preparedness for entry in to the World's system, after many years of isolation from the rest of the World.
