ELEVATED SECURITY IN EXTENDED SURVEILLANCE MEASURES AND RANDOM SEARCH HAS CONTINUED, DESPITE GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT MILD CONCLUSION OF ITS REQUIRED FINAL DECISION ON THE CONTROVERSIAL TERROR PREVENTION LEGISLATION.

      Elevated security measures in extended surveillance measures and random search of suspected places, or persons has continued in multiple European Union major cities of Parish Brussels Berlin and other various cities of Germany and Eurozone countries, particularly after random terror attacks and terror attempts of the previous weeks and month that have been highlighted, after Germany's Highest Court located in Karlsruhe concluded its required final decision on the controversial terror prevention legislation with mild decision on required terror legislation measures against suspects, specially the refugees and asylum seekers from the Arab and Islamic countries that may have been involved in terror attempts, or terror attacks, or those that may have been listed as suspects and collaborators of major Islamic Militants Groups within the European Union countries, or in the foreign countries of the Middle East the Arab World the North African the West African and West African countries. These recent measures against terror suspects that have been mostly identified as refugees, or asylum seekers, or may have been listed as suspects of the various terror groups, or the right wing and left wing radicle groups within Germany and the Eurozone countries may further strain the recent effort of various political groups and Humanitarian Organization groups that included the United Nations Organization to ease the current multiple and intensified measures for rehabilitation training education and recognition of refugees that may have attained, or may have been qualified as certified professionals needed in the Eurozone work markets, or by governments and Organizations as one of the basic requirements for recognition of refugees and asylum seekers for the refugee and asylum status respectively in the Eurozone countries of which Germany France Britain and other European Union countries of Northern Europe that entailed Denmark and Sweden which too have accepted and adopted similar measures for recognition of qualified refugees and asylum seekers that have attained proficiency at various standards of various disciplines and professions at work places colleges and Universities in Germany and the European Union countries. However, European Union countries recent project for recognition and integration of refugees and asylum seekers from various parts of this World, particularly those that have been recognized as from the areas, or countries of major conflicts as Afghanistan Syria the West African the North African and other countries of this World has been generally described as disappointing, due to the failure of refugees and asylum seekers to succeed and attain the required standards and fulfill the requirements for recognition and possibly integration of refugees and asylum seekers in to European countries various Societies and Communities. The opposite seemed to have happened and continue to happen at regular interval as many refugees and asylum seekers have volunteered for their return to their home countries that have been listed as the regions of major conflicts as Afghanistan Syria Northern African countries the Western African country of Mali and other countries in the many regions of conflicts of this World.
