The average annual accidents rates for both motorists and Pedestrians on roads has unfortunately fluctuated at the rate of nine percent for, or against the Pedestrians on the USA various roads, particularly on the Interstate Highways the USA roads and other roads, while motorists accident rate in the USA has almost doubled on the same roads to many motorists and Pedestrians disappointment. This frequent accident rates on USA roads for both motorists and Pedestrians has been attributed to the frequent changing conditions on the mentioned roads with relatively slow adjustment response of motorists on the steering wheels and on the mentioned roads as well as the Pedestrians on the side walk of the various roads, specially on the Interstate Highways the USA roads and the regional roads in the various States of the United States of America. The authorities responsible for new roads construction and the reconstruction of the older ones have been alarmed by the relatively frequent accidents rates on the USA various roads which has been generally described as high accident rates for both motorists and Pedestrians on roads. However, much had been done and continues to be done at the present moment on the many roads of the various States of USA which entailed the Interstate Highways and many other roads, particularly on the changing road conditions that requires new construction of roads with multiple lanes, or the reconstruction of the older ones with similar lanes to reduce traffic congestion and eventually the high accident rates on these many roads for both motorists and Pedestrians on road, although other accidents causing problems have been identified as wide range and may require introduction of new traffic devices equipment traffic guide signs and warning signs and possibly new legislation to combat and reduce traffic accidents causing problems on many roads of USA various States. Few of the many accidents causing problems entailed driving on the mentioned roads, while impaired by minimal, or higher percentage alcohol beverage consumption during day time driving hours, or at Night . Over speeding, or driving over the speed limit has been specified as the cause of many traffic accidents on the mentioned roads, specially on the Interstates Highways the inner cities roads and the regional roads. An additional requirement for both the older and younger generation has been adequate driving knowledge with the demand for compliance of all the traffic regulating devices, or equipment as the traffic signals the guide and warning signs that had, or may have been recently erected on the roads to enhance less congestion and enable safe, or accident free flow of daily traffic on the many roads of the various States of USA.
