GERMANY AND FEW EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES HAVE REMAINED FIRM IN THE OBJECTIVE TO IMPLEMENT THE UNIFIED POLICY FOR CHANGE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S ENERGY POLICY WITH THE SHIFT FROM THE HAZARDOUS AND POLLUTING ENERGY SOURCES.

Germany remains at the top of few EU countries that have equally remained firm in their objective to implement the change of the government's unified energy policy with shift from the hazardous and polluting energy sources to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources that have been mentioned as the atomic, or fossil fuel and the Wind, the Solar with other renewable energy sources for the energy sources that have been termed as hazardous, or polluting and those that have been termed as Environment friendly, or renewable energy sources respectively, despite minor setback with regard to the change of the governments' unified energy policy for better energy sources generation for the Environment and for the current living species on the Earth which entailed human-beings. There could be no change in the government's intention to implement the separate, or unified energy policy for the Environment, after thorough legislative approach in lengthy and extended Parliamentary debates, before conclusion of the energy policy enforcement that has been enacted in to legislation for the authorize implementation, except for the minor changes for the better of the Eurozone countries, when compared to the USA for the gradual change of the energy policy from less Environment friendly policy to better Environment friendly and renewable energy policy hat has been gradually implemented in Germany and various Eurozone countries with emphasis on the Democratic Republic of France. Besides the requirement for faster decision of Germany's Environment Minister Hendricks on the scheduled ban on diesel engine manufacture by companies in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen, due to high rate emission of toxic gases in to the atmosphere which the authorities responsible have claimed that the diesel engine vehicles have increased the pollution rates in Germany's seventy States by few percentages higher than previously, particularly after the Minister rejected the newly introduces software for diesel engines suggested during the Summit on the ban for diesel engines manufacture held in the Democratic Republic of Germany. This emission rates which have been listed at eight to ten percent and higher more than the required rates below five percent for tolerance of emission rates being emitted by the most industrialized countries of this World has listed Germany as one of the fairly rated most industrialized countries of this World with regard to the estimated toxic gases emission rates after the major countries of USA Russia China and Japan that have been regarded as the World's most industrialized countries and major sources of high rates pollution of the atmosphere which China has remained the number one higher rate country of toxic gases pollution and emission in to the atmosphere followed by the USA  Russia and other most industrialized countries of this World.
