COALITION GOVERNMENT WITH OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES AND THE MENTIONED AUTOMOTIVE AND LOCOMOTIVE VEHICLES MANUFATURING COMPANIES HAVE REMAINED DIVIDED OVER THE CONTROVERSIAL POLICY FOR THE PROPOSE BAN ON DIESEL ENGINE MANUFACTURE FOR BOTH THE AUTOMOTIVE AND LOCOMOTIVE INDUSTRIES IN GERMANY AND THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES.

Coalition government political parties with the Opposition Political Parties and the automotive, or Locomotive, or both industries with the companies have remained divided over the controversial policy for the propose ban on diesel engine manufacture during and after the Summit held in Germany on the propose ban on diesel engine manufacture for the automotive and locomotive vehicles in the Democratic Republic of Germany and European Union countries. Newly invented and introduced electronic devices and equipment intended for reduction of toxic gases emission ,or simply the pollution of the atmosphere and the Environment in Germany and the Eurozone countries that entailed the new exhaust pipes have simply been claimed not to have attained the required standards during the Summit held on the propose ban on the manufacture of diesel engine vehicles in the various Sates of Democratic Republic of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen and the European Union countries. Although the emission rates with the required standards of rates control have been not been specified by the government and Organizations during the Summit, the government board responsible for the control of  emission rates has generally indicated increasing rates being emitted by various known sources described as the point and none point pollution sources attributed to diesel engine emission in the Democratic Republic of Germany and the Eurozone countries, specially the mentioned exceeding emission rates said to be currently emitted by Factories and automotive, or locomotive vehicles companies that uses diesel engines as their main sources for generation of power and propulsion for the mentioned factories and companies in Germany and the Eurozone countries that have attended the Summit with the general objective to prevent the rather drastic decision making process of the major political parties and Environmentalists with other vehicles manufacturing industries as the electric vehicle manufacturing companies toward implementation, or rather enforcement of the controversial policy and future legislation for the schedule ban on diesel engine manufacture by companies in the Democratic Republic of Germany, despite the implementation, or enforcement of the enacted legislations for change of governments unified energy policy with the shift from hazardous and polluting energy sources to the Environment friendly energy sources as the current required shift from the atomic and fossil fuel energy sources to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources as the Solar, the Wind the Hydro-Electric the Biomass and Geothermal energy sources. Germany's free State of Bayern Munchen has extended the required time period for the required final decision on either the ban, or tolerance of diesel engine manufacture in the various States of Germany and the Eurozone countries to three months time period, particularly of the diesel engines that have been described as higher rate emission producing diesel engines said to have contributed to relatively higher emission rates in spewed toxic gases in to the atmosphere and the Environment by the highly industrialized manufacturing companies of automotive and locomotive diesel engines in the various States of Germany and the European Union countries. As a result this controversy on the propose ban on diesel engine manufacture for the automotive and locomotive vehicles by the various companies in Germany and the European Union countries may require the Highest Court final decision on the controversial policy for the propose ban on diesel engine manufacture by certain companies in the Democratic Republic of Germany and the European Union countries, due to claims of higher emission rates in toxic gases emission in the atmosphere and the Environment by the various sources of point and none point pollution sources in Germany's various States and the European Union countries. The Chancellor of Democratic Republic of Germany Chancellor Angela Merkel who did not attend the Summit for the propose ban on diesel engine manufacture in Germany and perhaps the European Union countries has been expected to propose solution and make decision on the controversial policy as the highest executive in the country, despite rising political pressure on the Chancellor, due to the current election process in the Democratic Republic of Germany.
