GERMANY'S PREVIOUS AND CURRENT SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENTS ABHORENCE OF THE HANDICAPPED IN POLICY MAKING AND DECISION MAKING PROCESS AT THE HIGHEST GOVERNMENTS' LEVELS BECAME NOT JUST A MEDICAL CHALLENGE, BUT RATHER A MAJOR SENSITIVE POLITICAL ISSUE THAT SHOCK MANY PEOPLE IN GERMANY AND AROUND THE MANY COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD.

    A thousand years medical challenge for medicine men, particularly for the scientists medicine Professors and the best medical Doctors of this World became significant and sensitive political question of the week that challenged Germany's Constitution since the foundation of Germany's first and second Reich to the present moment, when one of the over eight hundred thousand registered handicapped people, or people with disability that have been diagnosed and registered as disabled German citizens questioned the current government of Germany headed by Chancellor Angela Merkel about the Constitutional and citizens Civil Rights of people with disability with regard to voting in the Democratic Republic of Germany which certainly has been the only country in this World that has for hundreds of years rejected people with disability participation in policy making and decision making process during the election and at the highest levels of the systems of governments in the Democratic Republic of Germany since their foundation in hundreds of years, after citizens rebellion against the less effective kingdoms with their kings and Queens that had been the system and rulers of Germany, before formation of the current system of government that comprised of the three branches of government the Executive the Legislative and Judiciary branch. Germany has remained different on the questions about the handicapped in its various States, despite better treatment of the people with disability at the current moment in Germany, when compared to Germany's first, or second Reich with other countries that have exercised tolerance to the handicapped of this World as in the United States of America Russia the United Kingdom Canada and Australia with regard to policy making and decision making processes by voting in political process as the election, or by legislative approach as in the Parliament, or the Judiciary approach in the courts of the mentioned various countries of this World. Germany's leaders politicians University Professors Intellectuals Journalists students and the Ordinary citizens have been made aware of  the recent sensitive political issue and crisis which I have repeatedly indicated, or highlighted in my previous the current and perhaps future articles. Many people have expressed their support to the request, or rather the demand for the people with disability to Constitutional and Civil Rights with emphasis on their rights to policy making and decision making processes by voting in an election and by legislative Parliamentary and Judiciary approach to problems solution, specially the problems that directly affects the handicapped in the Democratic Republic of Germany. However, University Professors, particularly those in the various fields of medicine would repeatedly object to this political demand for the rights of the handicapped to decision making processes at the highest government's levels as their Constitutional and Civil Rights freedom which certainly would be less scientific for both political scientists and medicine scientists, due to their inability often caused by their disability not just in the Democratic Republic of Germany, but in the mentioned and various other countries of this World of which the United States of America should not be the exceptional paradise for all the handicapped and all the people of this World.
