OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES POLITICIANS AND INTELLECTUALS HAVE REMAINED OBJECTED TO UNRESTRICTED AND FULL DEPLOYMENT OF THE GERMAN MILITARY IN THE FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM AND IN THE AREAS OF CONFLICT AROUND THE WORLD AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND VIOLATES GERMANY'S CONSTITUTIONAL AND CITIZENS CIVIL RIGHTS LEGISLATIONS.

      Opposition Political Parties politicians with Intellectuals have remained objected to full deployment of Germany's military unrestricted military participation in areas of conflict around the World and  in the fight, or war against terrorism which they regarded as violation of Germany's Constitutional and citizens civil rights legislations that requires amendment, this protest of the Opposition Political Parties of Germany became highlighted, after the shot down of Germany's military plane said to have crashed, while on operation in the mission for the fight of Islamists and for the rescue of the citizens in Mali. Others have opposed Germany's increasing role of responsibility in solution of global issues by  peace and by use of military force in military intervention which they further regarded as violation of Germany's Constitutional and civil rights legislation. Other equally disputed legislations and defense policy which the Opposition has demanded their reform entailed armament and Troops withdrawal from the areas of conflicts in the Middle East the Arab World and African countries in addition to the demand for withdrawal of German forces in the required global operations for the fight against terrorism in Afghanistan Northern Iraq Region Syria Mali Libya and , specially in the South of Sudan in which the German military had been repeatedly deployed. Proponents in the fight against terrorism by military muscles have expressed their support for Germany's participation in the war against terrorism as an independent nations and as part of the NATO Allied member country that have been frequently obligated to protect, or safeguard the interest of the United States of America and of the Allied nations around the many regions of this World. The request of the Opposition Party, or the demand for amendment of  Germany's Constitution and defense policy against participation of the German military would further complicate things against the current participation of the German military in conflicts outside its border region, due to the fight against terrorism which has been labelled as the number one threat to global peace and accompanying  problems solution. However, the requirement for further concern about violation of Germany's Constitutional authority and citizens civil liberty rights that may have originated in the USA and have been labelled as the rules, or legislations of the free World may further require extended and controversial debates in the, German Parliament the Bundestag, before implementation of restrictions on Germany's activities at home and in the foreign countries, particularly on the emerging wide range dispute for, or against Germany's military participation in global problems solution as in the deployment of German military for Humanitarian purpose and in the war against terrorism. Other unanswered question with regard to Constitutional and citizens civil rights violation entailed Germany's obligated role as part of the NATO Allied nations in fight against terrorism and for the protection of USA and Germany's military Bases at home and in many countries around the World amidst the disputed facts among the politicians and Intellectual on the demand for, or against total freedom of  the military and the defense policy.
