The world leaders have conveyed condolences to the families of those made victims in the extra-ordinary and simultaneous terro attacks on the Norwegian capital city Oslo and on the gathering of the social democratic youth during the camp festival in the Island of Utoya. Two people have died and fifteen others injured in the first explosion in the city of Oslo, while ninety two youth have been killed and twenty two injured in the second attack. A thirty two years old Norwegian man has claimed responsibility for the two attacks. However, the motive of the attacks on both the city and on the youth of which many have been children of immigrants has not been clearified. The thirty two years old Norwegian terrorist expressed his stronger believe in his hatred against Islamic Fundamentalist, Right wing radicles and possibly their children within his territory, or country. The government in Oslo has neither, elevated its security level, nor the required surveillance procedures, particularly among suspects that may have been directly, or indirectly involved in the attacks, due to confidence in the country's motto that emphasized the fact that Freedom and peace as being much stronger than any form of attack, or conflict.
