THE FORESEEABLE MOUNTING CHALLENGES THAT COULD OVERWHELM THE NEWLY FOUNDED INDEPENDENT NATION IN THE SOUTH OF SUDAN.

The German government mandate for the Bundeswehr deployment to the Southern Sudan to monitor the transition of the Upper Nile region and parts of Bahr El Ghazal to the recognized a hundred and thirty nine (139th) Independent country in the world has remained unchanged, despite criticism of the support and the mounting pressure for the establishment of the country that may cause further fragmentation of Sudan similar to the former Yugoslavia. Besides the battles and possible massive bloodshed that may accompany the formation of the new nation in renewed military assault and competitiveness in various fields, if at all the new nation in the South of Sudan would ever stood to the foreseeable challenges that could overwhelm the newly founded nation.
