WHEN YOUNGER GENERATIONS FAILS TO MEET CERTAIN OBLIGATIONS IT HAD MEANT EITHER THE COUNTRY MAY HAVE BEEN PROSPEROUS FOR MANY DECADES, OR IT MAY HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN AN UNCEASING CORRUPTION.

When prosperous nations have been faced with younger generations problems such as lack of interest and progress in certain fields of education, the involvement in politics and the social requirements in communities with the States social obligations that had meant the country may have been prosperous for the last many decades, or it may have been involved in false inaccountability methods with much uncontroled freedom, or the country may have been involved in an unceasing corruption that had neither been corrected, nor brought under control, despite its prosperity and political stability.
