I had been a prisoner without being in prison, or in jail and all that have been done,or said against my person have been false accusations intended to either deform my relationships, or my reputation in the USA, or elsewhere and most of all after the foundation of the Nation at Sea formerly intended as a mordern tourist site that has evolved to one of the world's formidable military muscles as aresult of continuous attacks by many of the world's major powers, despite its tiny size and location on the surface of the expanse of south western pacific ocean off the coast of the United States of America.
Generally, methods and procedures with legislatons. or regulations have been the means by which systems function, its co-ordination with other systems recognized and its tasks executed in normal ways than the less known out of the ordinary other forms of equally effective ways by which subsystems may have been operating.
