CIGARETTE SMOKING AND THE TAX INCREASE IN THE USA.

Recent tax increase on cigarettes aimed to reduce the State's budget deficit in the State of Georgia and all of the States of the USA and discourage cigarette smoking as many of the regulations and restrictions intended to either reduce the number of nicotine addicts, or possibly ban cigarette smoking have had quite the opposite results than may have been anticipated, when compared to the world's population involved in the over consumption, or addictive bad habits of cigarette smoking. Smokers in the State of Georgia and several other States in the USA with budget limitation,or low income earnings have resorted to cheaper rolling tobacco papers, rather than the purchase of packet cigarettes as many of the world population.
