THE OBAMA HEALTHCARE PLAN HAS NEITHER BEEN AFAILED MISSION, NOR IT HAS BEEN AN UNFINISHED BUSINESS FOR THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF THE USA.

Despite recent successful implementation of Obama healthcare reform in the United States of America, foreseeable increase in insurance premiums that could be unprecedented in the USA healthcare history would neither set the successful implementation of the the healthcare reform as afailed mission, nor would it be an unfinished business for the next President of the USA, if social plans, or strategies of a capitalist country, particularly in the fields such as healthcare have not been replacedwith plans , or strategies of rather different form of systems such as a socialist, or even a communist type of system. The management and financial sectors of institutions in a capitalist systemhave rarely bare the burden of another in regard to the cost of the plans and so may have been the Obama's healthcare reform. The hospitals, clinics and personnel cost of better healthcare reform have been pushed to insurance companies and the insurance companies pushes back in high premiums to the citizens and that could become much worse than things may have been before implementation of the successful healthcare reform.
However, the enacted healthcare reform legislation could be enforced an obligation for companies, factories and businesses in the USA to provide healthcare coverage for every worker and the USA government financial assistance for the private healthcare institutions such as clinics and hospitals would certainly stop the predicted rise in the insurance premiums in the USA, since long time there has never been free healthcare in capitalist social systems.
