THE USA EDUCATION SYSTEM ACKNOWLEDGES THE FACT THAT INTELLIGENT SMART STUDENTS HAVE NEITHER BEEN POOR PERSONS, NOR WOULD REMAIN POOR PERSONS AND THE MONEY PAID TO "A" GRADE STUDENTS TO KEEP THEIR "A" GRADES BY CERTAIN SCHOOLS HAD NOT BEEN ABRIBE.


The aftermath of the project 'NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND' introduced and implemented by former President George W. Bush has neither been a bribe, nor it has strayed schools, parents and students, instead it urged educators to contribute in the effort to improve both pupils and students standards in the various fields of study of their disciplines, specially on the maths subjects, the science subjects and other social science subjects.
If schools in parts of Austin and Texas have introduced incentives in forms of paid cash money for pupils and students with "A" grades to keep their grades that has not been bribing because the USA education system acknowledges the fact that intelligent smart pupils and students have neither been poor persons, nor would remain poor persons.
