KATOWICE CLIMATE CHANGE CONFERENCE SEEMED TO HAVE BEATEN PARISH CLIMATE CHANGE SUMMIT ON THE ASSEMBLY OF NATIONS BY FOUR DIGITS, DESPITE ITS INTENTION TO ENFORCE PARISH CLIMATE CHANGE OBJECTIVES THAT EMPHASIZED A UNIFIED NON REVERSIBLE COMMON COURSE FOR THE SAFETY OF HUMANITY IN THE PLANET EARTH.

       Leaders delegates and Representatives from two hundred countries around the World convened on the twenty fourth(24th) session of the Conference of Parties to the United Nations framework Conference on Climate Change ratified by the Parish Climate Change agreement of December 12th of the year two thousand and fifteen(2015) at Katowice Climate Change Conference in Poland  on December 2nd to December 14th of the year two thousand and eighteen (2018), despite USA Administration intention to withdraw from Parish Climate Change Agreement. Katowice Climate Change Conference seemed to have beaten Parish Climate Change Summit on the assembly of nations by four digits, despite its intention to enforce Parish Climate Change Summit objectives which emphasized a unified non reversible common course of humanity toward the safety of the Planet by gradual enforcement of Parish Summit Climate objectives which would be intensified and partly implemented during the two weeks of Climate Change Conference debates being held at Katowice in Poland. Few of the objectives mentioned entailed Global Warming and the effort to reduce the overall increase in global temperature by two degrees centigrade. The required support to the nations, particularly the developing countries with the ability to resolve, or fight Climate Change causing problems and consequences. Annual reports on changes on Climate Change objectives and the financial obligation to the nations by contributions to accomplish the target of a hundred billion USA dollars Climate Change budget by the year two thousand twenty (2020). Nevertheless, USA government delegates from the State Department and the White House participation in the Katowice Climate Change Conference has reflected the government's concern on Global Climate Change consequences, despite its current Administration intention to withdraw from Parish Climate Summit Agreement. The delegates emphasized their duties to global interest and specially the interest of the United States of America with regard to the advantages, if there has been any, or the consequences of Global Warming Climate Change and the unified Environmental Protection measures as carbon dioxide and other toxic gases emission reduction which the USA has reduced by fourteen percent, despite over nineteen percent in industrial production   growth. Global requirement for gradual change in the energy sources being emphasized, particularly from the hazardous fossil fuel and the atomic energy to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources for much cleaner and safer Environment for mankind.
