GERMANY'S DEFENSE MINISTER URSULA VON DER LEYEN HAS BEEN SET UNDER RISING POLITICAL PRESSURE ON CLAIMS OF DEFENSE FUNDS MISMANAGEMENT ALLOCATED TO MILITARY AND FOREIGN CIVILIAN PROFESSIONALS.


    Germany's Defense Minister Ursula Von Der Leyen has been set under rising political pressure, after the Defense Ministry launched an Investigative Sub-Committe Board to investigate claims about defense funds mismanagement in the amount of over two hundred million euros allocated to foreign military and civilian professionals that have been either recruited absorbed, or assigned to the Defense Minister project for the upgrade of the military by modern educational projects high technology and employment provision programs intended for liberalization of the German military known as the Bundeswehr. Besides, the requirement for further scrutiny of Germany's Defense Ministry denial of break-through in missiles defense systems interception capability, after the military Base located in the State of North Rhein Westfallia successfully intercepted tens of long range missiles launched from unspecified sites of launch projected by satellites at Russia's Western border to East of Ukraine at the estimated distance of over five hundred kilometers from the intended targets in Germany's capital city Berlin. However, less has been made known to the media about Germany's Investigative Sub-Committee Board of the Defense Ministry responsible for investigation and further scrutiny of the Ministry denial of its current missiles defense project with regard to Germany's military current defense capability, particularly in the field of missile defense systems interception capability and cyber defense capability. The coalition government reaction to the asserted missiles attacks against the capital city Berlin has remained unknown, despite the Parliament's repeated demand for parliamentary authority by the enactment of legislation that will authorize Constitutional and legislative amendment of Germany's current defense policy with regard to military intervention in both the domestic and foreign conflicts with, or without Constitutional and the Parliament's legislative authority that dictates military intervention in the domestic and foreign conflicts.
