UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION HAS PROMPTLY INTERVENED TO EASE THE RISING TENSION FOR POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF WAR BETWEEN RUSSIA AND UKRAINE.

    United Nations Organization has promptly intervened to ease the rising tension for possible outbreak of war between the two major nation's of Russia and Ukraine after intensified Naval Forces military skirmishes in the Black Sea between the Russian Naval Forces and the Naval Forces of Ukraine which broke out last Night until the next day and  resulted in the capture of two Ukraine Naval Forces ships and civilian ships during the military skirmishes at the Black Sea. Russian Naval Forces and the Air Defence Forces claimed violation of its sovereign territorial water in the Black Sea by Ukrain Forces which unfortunately resulted in extended military skirmishes at the Black Sea, due to Russian fighter jets lower altitude manoeuvre at the Black Sea. Russian government has not responded by action of retaliation until the present moment against the rising crisis at the Black Sea between its forces and the forces of Ukraine. However, the government of Ukraine held an extra-ordinary debate of the high rank military and security officials chaired by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroschenko who declared his country right to security and defend of its territory as he called upon the Western countries and the United Nations intervention on the current rising insecurity and military skirmishes at the Black Sea. Satellite images at Russia's Western border to East of Ukraine have revealed normal movement of military vehicles along the fortified border lines between Russia and Ukraine. Nevertheless. these incident, or deliberate Naval Forces military action in extended military skirmishes at the Black Sea may further strained Russia's relation to the West with the current intensified sanction against Russia, due to occupation of the Island of Krim in the Crimea region. Besides, the current disputed Ukraine's policy for membership of Ukraine in the European Union, due Russian influence in the region which resulted in civilian uprising at Al Medan Square in Kiev that caused extended conflict that has split East of Ukraine in to extended regions of domestic conflict by gunfire and policy making differences which continues to destroy Ukraine's infrastructures better economic prospects for better credit line and financial freedom in addition to human rights violation which remains as the basic conditions required of every country for membership to the EU which Ukraine has been on its path for membership qualification, despite the conflict.
