EU DEFENSE MINISTERS CONCLUDED EU CONTROVERSIAL DEFENDE POLICY FOR FORMATION OF EU HIGH COMMANDO CENTER FOR THE UPGRADE OF EU STRATEGIC DEFENSE SYSTEMS WITH OVERWHELMING MAJORITY SUPPORT, DESPITE THE REQUIREMENT FOR EU HIGHEST COURT FONAL FECISION ON THE CONTROVERSIAL DEFENSE POLICY.

     European Union defense Ministers concluded EU controversial defense policy for erection, or formation of European Union High Commando Center in either France, or Germany, besides the projected mordernation of EU strategic defense systems that should not be a replacement to  the NATO and its defense policy with overwhelming support during the only session of Parliamentary debate held at the European Union Parliament in Brussels earlier today. However, implementation of the specified defense policy in all the twenty seven EU and other Eurozone countries may require EU Highest Court final decision on the controversial defense policy and other defense issues, before the policy is enacted to legislation, due to the asserted claims of series of restrictions, or limitations on few EU countries defense activities, or defense capability with intervention in both the domestic and foreign conflicts and Germany has not been the exceptional EU country which had either suffered a Constitutional defense restrictions  or limitations which fortunately has not inhibited Germany's defense capability with the increasing role of responsibilities in problems and conflicts solution by intervention in both the domestic and foreign conflicts, besides the current war against terrorism. Similar defense meeting on series of emerging defense issues that may cause defense dispute among the World's major countries as the USA Russia China the European Union Japan Canada Australia and others has been required as part of the attempts for solution to the emerging defense crisis challenges between the USA and the Western countries. An additional defense meeting may be rescheduled for discussion on the  defense crisis that has emerged between the USA and EU countries until the next year, despite the conclusion of the defense policy by EU Ministers with overwhelming support at the European Union Parliament in Brussels earlier in the day.
