THE CHANCELLOR OF GERMANY ANGELA MERKEL DENOUNCED THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE AS SOLUTION TO DIISPUTE BETWEEN RUSSIA AND UKRAINE OVER THE STRIPE OF BLACK SEA WATER IN THE OCCUPIED TERRITORY OF CRIMEA REGION.

     The Chancellor of Democratic Republic of Germany Angela Merkel denounced the use of military force as solution to the current conflict in Ukraine during the televised press Conference held in capital city Berlin early today and urged both the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Ukraine Petrus  Poroschenko to settle the escalating dispute at Sea in the air and on land by diplomatic and political means, rather than by use of military force to end the threats for possible outbreak of the major conflict in the region which has been compared to the third World War. The statement of the Chancellor for peaceful settlement of the crisis in Ukraine has been acknowledged as the Chancellor's mediatory effort and possible replacement to USA required peaceful intervention to end the Black Sea dispute which has been escalating toward the outbreak of major war in Eastern Europe, particularly after USA President Donald Trump refusal of Russia's President visit to the United States of America for unspecified reason which could be speculated upon by the domestic and International media personnel, or the media sources as the mounting pressure for possible outbreak of conflict, due to the dispute between Russia and Ukraine over the stripe of Black Sea water in the occupied territory of Crimea region which too, has further raised Germany's positive image for increasing role of responsibility with regard to intervention for peaceful purpose and increased humanitarian support for areas devastated by wars, or Natural Catastrophe, despite Germany's military presence in Eastern Europe as part of NATO's reinforcement forces for extended surveillance by Drones in soecific Eastern Europe regions and at the border crossing points with Russia, particularly at Russia's Western border to East of Ukraine and Poland.
