GERMANY OBSERVED THE HUNDREDTH RECALL TO MEMORY OF WOMEN'S LEGISLATIVE RIGHTS TO VOTING , DESPITE WOMEN STAGGERING EFFORT FOR RECOVERY FROM THE LOWEST PERCENTAGE FEMALE REPRESENTAT ION IN THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT.

The Chancellor of Democratic Republic of Germany Angela Merkel and high rank government officials that comprised of both male and female legislators observed the hundredth annual recall to memory of women's legislative rights to voting in 0the Democratic Republic of Germany by ceremonial and brief televised interview of the Chancellor and female legislators at Germany's Museum of history in the capital city Berlin on November the 12th in the year two thousand and eighteen, despite series of extended complains about women staggering effort for recovery from the lowest percentage female legislators representation in the German Parliament the Bundestag, besides the requirement for political participation and policy making for the German female whose traditional position of a house wife and mother remains highly valued with respect in Germany's various communities and Societies of the present time. However  the Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel emphasized her statement for higher percentage female legislators representation in the German Parliament during the brief televised interview held at the Museum. Although the detailed aspects of the steady decline in female legislators representation with policy making at the highest level has been fully made known with regard to women's participation in political parties against political parties ascent to Parliamentary representation during election by limited percentage votes attainment that should range at, or exceed the five percent votes obligation for Parliamentary representation in the Democratic Republic of Germany in which gender equality rights has been enhanced by the enacted legislation that supported women political participation and decision making at the highest government level of the government in which women legislative representation has declined by more than six percent from thirty seven point one percent to thirty one percent and equivalent of forty nine seats occupied by women Members of Parliament in Parliament of seven hundred and three legislators. This decline in female Representatives in the German Parliament has revealed much about claims of a miracle for the first female Chancellor fourth term in office as the Chancellor of Democratic Republic of Germany.
