USA PRESIDENT HAS BITTERLY COMPLAINED ABOUT CALIFORNIA DEVASTATING WILDFIRE OF THE DECADE, DESPITE FURTHER DEPLOYMENT OF FIRE FIGHTERS FROM ACROSS USA VARIOUS STATES IN THE ATTEMPTS TO CONTAIN THE RAGING WILDFIRE WHICH HAS SCORCHED OVER ONE MILLION ACRES OF FORESTS AND RESIDENTOAL AREAS.

    An estimated number of over nine thousand fire fighters from across USA various States have been deployed to California to contain California's devastating wildfire of the decade which has scorched over one point three million acres of forest and residential areas in just over one week time period. The cause of California's raging wildfire which has inflicted all time damage on thirty one lives that have been lost and counting, besides material, or property damage worth the amount of seven hundred and fifty million dollars and counting has outraged the President of United States of America Donald Trump who bitterly complained about forest mismanagement and threatened to cut California's annual budget for forest management which is said to have exceeded California's annual State budget more than three times the allocated annual budget in addition to the cost of compensation for damage inflicted for both the insured and uninsured citizens that have sustained devastating damage of the year's raging wildfire in the State of California. However, extended media coverage of the current raging wildfire in the State of California's Southern Northern and Western regions by both the domestic and International media sources and media personal have indicated the cause of the current and previous wildfires as attributes of neglected camp fire, or arson and not the unspecified random forest fuel ignition attributed to the changes in the weather phenomenon in the presence of sufficient forest fuel of the Summer Season and the end of Autumn Season. Nevertheless, scientists have required enough study time for detailed research studies on annual wildfire caused by changes in the weather phenomenon in the presence of forest fuel in the vast and fairly managed, or conserved forests of California. Surveillance technology and evacuation measures with upgrade of the current precautionary surveillance and evacuation measures in the State of California have been emphasized as significant by scientists research professors and students in the various States of United States of America.
