UKRAINE GOVERNMENT DECLARED IT'S NATION RIGHT TO WAGE WAR AGAINST RUSSIA AMIDST CRISIS OF NAVAL FORCES SKIRMISHES IN THE BLACK SEA.

     Ukraine President Petrus Poroschenko and members of the cabinet government declared Ukraine's right to wage war against Russia amidst crisis of the Naval Forces skirmishes in the Black Sea which has been accompanied by confiscation of Ukraine's military warships by Russian Naval Forces. Besides, further fortification of Russian Western border to East of Ukraine as revealed by the satellites images of the last forty eight hours since the crisis broke out between the two countries with large military power and superior military might in Europe and the world. Few media sources and media personnel have speculated on the current rising diplomatic political and military tension between Russia and Ukraine as extremely dangerous and could be compared to the third World War, if war broke out between the two nations. However, historical facts of previous minor, or major military conflicts between Russia and Ukraine, particularly of the year two thousand and fourteen, besides the occupation of the Island of Krim in the Crimea region has revealed considerable divide in Ukraine's current domestic and foreign policy with regard to the orientation guidance and directional policy which have been simply described by the media personnel as the pro-Russian and pro-western groups within the nation of Ukraine. USA Russian current good relation has been set at risk, due to the predicted outbreak of conflict between Russia and Ukraine, specially after USA government objected Russian President scheduled visit to USA and possibly to the European Union countries. Britain has denounced the predicted conflict between Russia and Ukraine over narrow stripe of Black Sea water as unreasonable and may reinforce the NATO forces stationed at the East European countries borders to Russia.
Nevertheless, Russia military superiority within its airspace water and ground territories which included the occupied Island of Krim in the Crimea region has remained indisputable, despite the extended sanction of USA and the EU countries against Russia, due to the occupation of the mentioned Island of Krim in the Crimea region. The United Nations Security Council attempt to end the rising crisis for outbreak of the predicted conflict between Russia and Ukraine may entail the passage of the UN alternative Resolution for use of military force to end the outbreak of what has been generally described as the dangerous conflict equivalent to the third World War.
