WORLD WIDE OUTCRY AGAINST THE MYSTERIOUS DEATH OF A JOURNALIST AND DENOUNCEMENT OF SAUDI ARABIA GOVERNMENT HAS REKINDLED THE CONCERN ABOUT THE REQUIRED PROTECTION FOR THE ELEMENTS OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONAL.

   The World'a major countries of USA and the European Union countries, particularly Germany have denounced the mysterious death of a Saudi Arabia Journalist national named Jamal Khashoggi inside the consulate of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Stanbul Turkey and whose initial apparent disappearance, before death on October 2nd of the year two thousand and eighteen became the most controversial story of the year of a kidnapped Journalist by unidentified person in the specified consulate of Saudi Arabia which caused immediate outcry at the domestic and global level that rekindled the concern about the required protection for Journalists that may have been labeled, or implicated in the battle against violation of freedom of speech by governments rebels, or underground political Institutions as the armed militia and other media sources at home, or in foreign countries. However, Khashoggi disappearance and later death in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia consulate in St anbul Turkey by strangled on the hands of unknown persons said to have disposed of his body has further strained the formerly known good bilateral relationship of the major Western countries as the USA Britain France and particularly Germany to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Germany has further extended it's denouncement on the death of Khashoggi by sanction of weapon delivery to Saudi Arabia as a result of World wide criticism and denouncement against the attack on the elements of freedom of speech and against Saudi Arabia current foreign policy with regard to the involvement in the foreign conflicts as in the current conflicts in Yemen Syria Lebanon Iraq Somalia Northern Nigeria the North and South of Sudan. Few politicians and media personnel, specially of the Arab World countries have disputed World wide denouncement of Saudi Arabia domestic and foreign policy as attributes of the death of Kashoggi and other Journalists in the Arab World countries, before and after Saudi Arabia and twenty six other Arab World countries involvement in the war against terrorism and in the fight against other Islamists of the Arab and none Arab World countries. Investigators in Turkey and other foreign countries have labeled suspects and arrested five others on the current investigations that may further reveal the motive for the murder of Kashoggi with the exact location of the murder and his body where about, if the  series of investigations were to be projected as successful toward the prevention of another intelligence failure with the outbreak of another, or series of conflicts in the Arab World and North African countries, due intelligence failure in the United States of America and the mentioned European Union countries.
