DISPUTE OVER THE PROTECTION OF HAMBACH FOREST INTENSIFIED BETWEEN CONSERVATIONISTS, OR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACTIVISTS AND THE POWER COMPANIES TO THE ALARMING LEVEL THAT REQUIRED GOVERNMENT INVOLVEMENT BY JUDGES LEGISLATIVE DECISION AND RULING ON THE CONTROVERSIAL CLIMATE ENVIROMENT AND ENERGY ISSUES.

    Dispute over the protection of hambach forest located between the State of North Rhein Westfallia and Aachen, specifically in Niederzier Germany intensified to an alarming level, or extend that required the GOVERNMENT'S intervention with the regional Judges legislative decision and ruling on the controversial issue of habitat protection, specially of the endangered species with the concern for carbon dioxide level reduction in over six States of Democratic Republic of Germany that should not exceed forty percent as required by the Environmental Protection unified policy on Climate Change and Environmental Protection measures emphasized by Parish Climate Change Summit of the year two thousand and fifteen which unfortunately has not been fully implemented, despite Conservationist and Environmental Protection Activists extended struggles the Climate and Environment marked by Hambach Forest extended protest by demonstration against the destruction of Hambach Forest and all of the species within the forest by further excavation of fossil fuel by major Electric power companies that uses fossil fuel as their main energy source for generation of electric energy to meet the high demand for electric power consumption in the various cities towns and villages of the various States of Germany, despite the enacted legislation for GOVERNMENTS'change of unified energy policy with the shift from the hazardous energy sources as the atomic energy and the polluting fossil fuel energy sources as coal and other combustible fuel to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources as the Wind the Solar the Hydro-electric the Biomass and Geothermal energy sources. However, the legislative order that has been directed by the regional Court in Munster that authorized immediate halt of coal excavation by the Electric power company in Hambach Forest became major political and Environmental Protection concern  after extended Conservationists Environmental Protection Activists and citizens demonstration against further excavation of coal in and around Hambach Forest. The government's effort to balance it's current policies on drastic measures for Climate the Environment and threatened species which entailed humans against rising concern against frequent power outage in various towns and villages, due to recent closer of both nuclear Reactors and electric power companies that uses fossil fuel as their main energy source for generation of electricity, besides the financial benefits and jobs loses attribute to the closer of many power companies may require the Highest Court final decision on the most controversial Environmental Protection Climate Change and the concern for, or against the ever increasing demand for energy consumption against diminishing sufficient supply by the power companies in the various States of Germany.
