EU ENVIRONMENT MINISTERS MEETING FOR NEW APPROACH TO ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SOLUTION MAY EASE THE STRICT REGULATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN SET IN VARIOUS EU COUNTRIES ON EMISSION RATES REDUCTION AND CLIMATE CHANGE ISSUES.

      European Union Environment Ministers concluded the meeting held in Luxemburg on wide range Environmental Protection Measures that began on the 9th until the 12th of October in the year two thousand and eighteen with the agreement for new approach toward solution with the European Union Council for Environment by new Environmental Protection standard regulations that set limits on carbon dioxide emission rates  Climate Change target goals and biodiversity proposals within the Eurozone countries and perhaps globally to realistic target goals that can be accomplished until the year two thousand and thirty. However, these new proposals on the projected Environment regulations, particularly the new approach for accomplishment of the targets set on emission rates for heavy diesel vehicles until the year two thousand and thirty may ease the strict regulations that have been already set, or imposed on diesel engine vehicles manufacture and emission rates in various EU countries, specially in the Democratic Republic of Germany . Besides, the requirement for less drastic measures by Environmental Protection legislation that seemed to outweigh financial benefits employment provision and other services as the demand for companies with higher energy production capacity to meet sufficient energy supply with less, or diminishing emission rates until the specified year of two thousand and thirty, instead of their closer. All these may require further debates on Environmental Protection concern being held globally by the United Nations Organization and various governments that entailed the USA Representatives and Environmental Protection Activists whose concern for Environment with regard to global warming the melting of ice at the poles attributed to overall increased temperatures by one point five centigrade and Ozone layer accumulation in the stratosphere have remained unheeded at home and globally, except for the Parish Climate Change Summit agreement of the year two thousand and fifteen which its target goals may gradually and eventually be implemented globally until the year two thousand and thirty as it has been specified by the European Union Council for the Environment before and after the successful agreement of the European Ministers for Environment with the European Council for Environment during the meeting held in Luxemburg earlier in the week. Few countries have disagreed on unified solution to to the Environmental Protection concern and problems by unified regulations, or legislations which have been formulated and implemented by countries with varied Environment hazards and financial background as the concern about employment loses by plastic companies against plastic accumulation in Ocean that has continued to the pollution of the food chain in all the countries of the World.
