NATO GENERAL DEFENSE SECRETARY CONFERENCE ON CYBER SECURITY AND CYBER DEFENSE MEASURES IN THE EUROZONE HAS REIGNITE THE CONTROVERSIAL POLICY ON THE RE-ESTABLISHMENT CYBER DEFENSE CENTER IN GERMANY'S CITY OF BONN BADGODESBERG.

NATO General Defense Secretary Stoltenberg has reconfirmed EU countries rising concern about diminishing cyber security and cyber defense measures attributed to cyber attacks against few EU countries, particularly against four EU countries that entailed France the Netherlands Britain and Germany, despite the controversy on cyber security and cyber defense policy differences among the EU countries that may have resulted to the unprotected cyber defense systems and measures against the attacks claimed to have eminated from specified cyber security and cyber defense center in Russia's capital city Moscow and not from the United States of America China Japan, or Canada Australia South Korea and North Korea. However, NATO General Defense Secretary brief televised Conference on cyber security and cyber defense measures in the Eurozone held at the European Union Parliament earlier today that emphasized the requirement for adequate cyber security and cyber defense system in the Eurozone may reignite the controversial policy for re-establishment, or re-opening of EU Cyber Defense Center in Germany's small and beautiful city of Bonn Badgodesberg that had been closed by the USA government. The second EU cyber security and cyber defense station in the Netherlands has been generally described as less efficient to detect and intercept cyber attacks and missiles attacks that have been launched from unspecified sites against targets within the Eurozone countries of which Germany's capital city Berlin has repeatedly been subjected to cyber and missiles attacks directed, or launched from unspecified sites at the Russian furthest Western border to East of Ukraine and not from Moscow. Nevertheless, compromise between Russia and the NATO allied nations seemed a distance objective that can not be accomplished during the meetings so far held between NATO and Russia on defense cooperation between the Workd's super powers that entailed cyber security and cyber defense cooperation. The United Nations Organization, particularly the Security Council has surprisingly remained silent about frequent cyber  and missiles attacks against Germany's capital city Berlin from unspecified sites within the Russian territory.
