DISPUTE OVER FOSSIL FUEL EXCAVATION IN HAMBACHER FOREST IN NIEDERZIER HAS CONTINUED, DESPITE THE COURTS DECISION FOR THE BAN ON EXCAVATION AND USE OF FOSSIL FUEL AS THE MAIN SOURCE FOR GENERATION OF ELECTRIC ENERGY.

   Dispute over fossil fuel excavation at Hambacher Forest continued between the Proponents and Opponents of fossil fuel excavation for use as the main energy source for generation of electric energy since Environmental Protection Activists and citizens demonstrators protested against the measures by extended citizens demonstration to stop the excavation of fossil fuel in Hambach forest for over two weeks, after the Courts in Munster and Niederzier have both ruled on the case by the ban on excavation and use of fossil fuel in Hambach forest by electric companies and other companies that uses fossil fuel as their main energy source for generation of electricity and as part of the legislation for Environmental protection policy that supported the government policy for change of the unified energy policy with the shift from hazardous and polluting energy sources to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources as the Wind the Solar the Biomass Hydro-electric and Geothermal energy sources for the prevention of habitat destruction, specially of few species that have been listed as the endangered species in the Democratic Republic of Germany and various countries around the World. However, armed police forces have been deployed at regular intervals to the Hambacher Forest with additional reinforcement units and personal Environmental Protection Activists and supporters that have camped at the forest to act as security against the covered government and companies operations of further excavation that may further destroy habitat and endanger few species survival in the forest which many Environmental Protection Activists have described as the untouched forest, despite threats of habitat destruction and species extinction in Hambacher First. The detailed aspects of extended camping by Environmental Protection Activists and supporters that may have been camping, or living in and around the forest during day time and work at Night in the coal mine company, or the opposite has been required by the domestic police Investigators and the domestic, or International Journalists that have been in the sought of the truth of the matter, or story at the Hambacher Forest to enable many leaders and politicians concern to distinguish between Environmental Protection problems and the Social problems in around the forest against the emerging bad decisions policies, or the legislative measures in the Democratic Republic of Germany.
