PETERSBURG DIALOGUE HAS BEEN REMARKABLY ACKNOWLEDGED BY RUSSIAN PRESIDENT VLADIMIR PUTIN AS AN EFFICIENT DIALOGUE THAT REFLECTED STRENGHENED SOCIAL AND CUTURAL TIES WITH GERMANY, DESPITE THE CURRENT POLITICAL UPHEAVAL WITH THE WEST AND THE SEEMINGLY RESURFACED MINSK TREATY AND CLIMATE ISSUES THAT REQUIRED IMMEDIATE SOLUTION.


    Petersburg Dialogue has been remarkably acknowledged by Russian President Vladimir Putin in a brief letter of greetings that reflected strengthened and efficient Russian-Germany social cultural and bilateral relationship bonds between the two nations during the three days dialogue held in Russian capital city Moscow from October fifth until the eighth of the year two thousand and eighteen in which wide range political social finance and economic issues were fully discussed, despite the current political upheaval between  Russia and the Western countries, due to occupation of the Island of Krim in the Crimea region by Russia the current war in East of Ukraine and the extended sanction against Russia by the USA and Western countries. Besides, significant Climate Change and Environmental Protection issues with detailed dialogue on the seemingly resurfaced Minsk Treaty which has been generally described as the tool for problems solution and peace in Crimea region and parts of Russian Federation. However, Minsk Treaty revamp as a political tool for peace in the Crimea region and as means to ease political and economic tension between the USA and European Union countries that entailed Germany would require revision and implementation of the Minsk Treaty measures signed by President Putin the President of Russia Chancellor Angela Merkel the Chancellor of Democratic Republic of Germany former President Francios Holland the former President of the Republic of France and President Petrus Poroschenko the President of Ukraine on February the thirteenth in the year two thousand and fifteen. The significant measures of Minsk Treaty that required implementation for the specified peace and bilateral relationship purposes between the mentioned nation's and in the Crimea region entailed immediate ceasefire which has been repeatedly violated by the various groups. The reliquishment of weapons of mass destruction and firearms by the mentioned various groups as measure for disarming the rebels has been partially accomplished, despite repeated ceasefire violation in the specified zone for ceasefire in the region. Prisoners of war exchange which should be accompanied by the Western countries humanitarian financial assistance allocation. All the mentioned issues for dialogue with the requirement for full implementation of Minsk Treaty Measures may require further dialogue in Moscow and Belarus capital city Minsk respectively.
