CITIZENS DEMONSTRATORS HAVE ASSEMBLED INFRONT OF THE SUPREME COURT JUSTICE BUILDING IN WASHINGTON DC TO PROTEST AND POSSIBLY OVERTURN THE INITIAL SENATE VOTING PROCESS FOR CONFIRMATION OF JUDGE KAVANAUGH TO THE HIGHEST POST OF SUPREME COURT JUSTICE.

    Citizens demonstrators have assembled infront of Supreme Court Justice building in the USA capital city Washington DC to protest and possibly overturn the initial results of the Senate voting process of fifty one against forty nine for USA President Donald Trump nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the highest post of Supreme Court Justice during the initial Senate meeting for his final confirmation that has been described as yet to be concluded, despite his confirmation earlier in the day by minor victory of three votes during the initial Senate meeting and voting process that will be concluded later in the day as final and would mark the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice to be Judge Brett Kavanaugh as the most controversial Supreme Court Justice nomination and confirmation of the decades. Besides, the record breaking scrutiny of over ninety thousand documents by the FIB prior to his confirmation by the Senate the Judiciary and the Executive Committees. Reasons for extended citizens protest by demonstration held at the Supreme Court Justice earlier in the day remains controversial, despite further speculation being made by citizens on various legislations that requires amendment which Judge Kavanaugh may upheld during his term in office which has been described as lifelong term of office. Besides, Judge Kavanaugh past history of sexual misconduct against series of women that have not been fully investigated, due to lack of evidence before and during the Senate Chamber hearing which accompanied Judge Kavanaugh refusal to admitt the accusations which have been mentioned in both the domestic and International media by the media personnel as either controversial, or an allegation intended to deform Judge Kavanaugh reputation during his professional career as Judge in the USA regional and Supreme, or the Highest Court in the United States of America. USA President Donald Trump request for earlier confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh within the time period that should not exceed two weeks has been met by the Senate Chamber responsible for the hearing of Judge Kavanaugh nomination to the highest post of Supreme Court Justice, despite the mentioned extended citizens protest by demonstration held earlier in the day against his nomination and final confirmation by the Senate initial and final voting process for his confirmation being held today from Morning until in the late Afternoon of the same day which has been specified as Saturday, October 6th of the year two thousand and eighteen (2018). However, Democratic processes as the current citizens protest by demonstration against confirmation of Supreme Court Justice nominee to one of the highest posts in the country and Referendum that may confirm citizens participation and the country's Democracy, or the ruling process may this time overturn the Executive the Judiciary and the Senate Committees joined, or separate decision making processes for the nomination and confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the post of Supreme Court Justice in the United States of America.
