USA MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES THE REPUBLICAN AND DEMOCRATIC PARTY HAVE REACHED COMPROMISE ON THE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED AND CONTROVERSIAL BUDGET ALLOCATION FOR FEW OF THE PRESIDENT'S MANDATES.

       USA major political parties the Republican and Democratic Political Party have finally reached compromise on the previously disputed and controversial political issues of debates that entailed budget allocation for the President 's controversial mandates and other significant  political and financial issues such as the requirement for Congressional approval of the mentioned political financial and budget allocation for the President 's accepted mandates, specially the allocation of budget for the erection of concrete wall along the USA Southern border with Mexico and the USA controversial health coverage plan for hard working, or low income earners named the Obama-care which the President has objected and demanded for, or against Congressional repel, due to the rapid increase of insurance premium and other healthcare plans cost attributed to the Obama-healthcare plan for hard working, or low income earners in the United States of America during the Congressional extended debates held at the USA capital city Washington DC which has unfortunately lasted for the long time period of seven days, before it's final conclusion by the compromise reached on budget allocation between the major political parties that resulted in the allocation of exactly one billion US dollars until the month of September in the Year two thousand and seventeen, after the approval of the allocated budget by both committees of the Senate and the House of Representatives with members of the major political parties on Monday, May 01 in the Year two thousand and seventeen. This compromise reached has marked the Administration of President Donald Trump victory over the previously disputed and controversial political financial and budget allocation difficuties, despite the current extended criticism and objection of the President 's mandates that required immediate, or short term and long term implementation, specifically during the first a hundred days of the President 's first term in office, or in the next three years of the President 's first and second term, if elected for the second term in office as President of the United States of America. However, repeated victory over difficulties can easily be attained, if repeated compromise is being reached by the major political parties in the USA on the controversial political financial and budget allocation issues with the President's mandates which too could over turn the High Court's ruling on few of the President's mandates that entailed the mandate that authorize the ban on travel documents of one European the Arab World and North African countries with the President's mandates on energy sources use and declining concern about decades of hard work for sustained Environmental Protection Measures with the demand for renewable and Environment friendly energy sources such as the Solar the Wind the Hydro-Electric the Biomass and Geo-thermal energy sources which the President's mandate has profoundly discouraged by reintroduction and continuous support of less efficient and hazardous, or polluting energy sources as the recognition of the fossil fuel plants problems that have failed to attain the required emission standards and had been shutdown to prevent it's negative long term effect on the Environment habitats destruction and gradual extinction of certain significant species in the United States of America and else-where, due to man's uncontrolled energy sources preference to meet his concern with the demand for high electric energy consumption in the USA, besides the demand for even more employment opportunities to meet unemployment problems in certain Communities, specially in Communities in which lack of employment provision has failed individuals and families, despite the attempts for solution by success and possibly prosperity in the recovery of power plants that uses fossil fuel energy sources for generation of electric energy and provide employment in various Communities, despite the less controlled emission of toxic gases and substances in to the atmosphere and the Environnent. Nonetheless, financial benefits employment vacancies provision and relatively higher capacity electric energy generation to meet higher demand for electric power consumption in the USA has not outweigh Environmental Protection concern and effort in other States of USA.
