THE CHANCELLOR OF DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY AND NATO GENERAL SECRETARY CONVENED IN GERMANY'S CAPITAL CITY AND DISCUSSED WIDE RANGE DEFENSE ISSUES WITH EMPHASIS ON NATO DEFENSE BUDGET CONTRIBUTION BY THE MEMBER COUNTRIES.

     Chancellor Angela Merkel the Chancellor of Democratic Republic of Germany and NATO General Secretary Stoltenberg convened in GERMANY'S capital city Berlin Yesterday and discussed wide range defense issues with emphasis on NATO defense budget allocation in contribution made by the NATO member countries. This has marked the positive results of the conclusion made by NATO member countries Defense Ministers meeting held in the European Union Parliament in Brussels late in the month of April in the Year two thousands and seventeen and led by USA Defense Secretary Mattis and NATO General Secretary Stoltenberg. The two leaders of Germany and NATO discussed the significance of the NATO defense budget allocation during the brief press Conference held at the Chancellor's office in the capital city Berlin in which the NATO Secretary praised the Chancellor's effort and faster response to NATO'S defense budget contribution that has been intended to ease the financial burden on the USA government in annual defense budget allocation for the NATO in prosperous, or in difficult time as in the difficult financial collapse and economic downtrend of the last decade in the USA. However, few NATO member countries which included Britain and other European Union countries have not responded as required to the call of both the NATO General Secretary and USA Defense Secretary for immediate, or long term defense budget annual contribution which may be discussed again in the next scheduled meeting of the NATO member countries leaders and Defense ministers, despite the conclusion of the NATO Defense Budget contribution in the European Union Parliament in Brussels late in the month of April in the Year two thousand and seventeen. Other significant issues that would be discussed in the next scheduled meeting of the NATO entailed the process for accepting new members to the NATO, specially the current discussion for inclusion of the Montenegro in the defense pact of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Another issue of concern and of similar defense problems magnitude entailed the NATO strained relationship to Russia and to other defense pact Organizations in Russia Eastern European countries the Middle Eastern the Persian the Arab World and African countries defense pact Organization, specially of the African countries that have been recognized as members of the Organization of the African Unity (OAU).
