THE GOVERNMENT OF DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY HAS PASSED AN ULTIMATUM OVER FURTHER DEPLOYMENT REDEPLOYMENT, OR WITHDRAWAL OF THE TROOPS FROM THE MILITARY BASE IN INCIRLIK TURKEY.

     The Democratic Republic of Germany has passed an ultimatum against Turkey on either further deployment redeployment, or withdrawal of  the Troops to, or from the military Base in Incirlic Turkey over the last weekend as the dispute intensified between the two important NATO member countries of Germany and Turkey, due to Turkey government refusal of GERMANY'S members of Parliament visit to the USA military Base in Incirlic Turkey in which Germany Troops have been stationed in separate military Base within Incirlik for the war against terrorism and have frequently deployed their Troops in the regions of conflicts either for surveillance purpose, or for special air strikes missions on specific targets often described as ISIS and other Islamic Militants terrorists groups strongholds and military Bases in the regions of conflicts as in the current deployment of the Troops in Afghanistan Northern Iraq Syria Mali Somalia North of Sudan and South of Sudan. The NATO General Secretary Mr. Stoltenberg expressed himself rather neutral on the emerging political dispute over further deployment redeployment, or withdrawal of German Troops to , or from the military Bases of both the USA and Germany in Incirlik Turkey at which the current politcal dispute for visit further deployment, or withdrawal of the Troops that have been involved in the war against terrorism should not escalate in to armed and dangerous modern high technology warfare between The NATO 'S two important member countries of Germany and Turkey. However, the USA government, specifically the White House with the USA Defense Department have surprisingly remained silence since the Ultimatum has been passed in the last fourth eight hours in Germany by either the Chancellor's Office, or the Defense Ministry. Various military Bases within Germany have been alerted against possible launch of Long Range Missiles from unidentified locations against Germany's capital city Berlin and other major cities within Germany, specially after the Ultimatum has been passed by either the Chancellor's Office, or the Defense Ministry which has unfortunately remained divided over it's current important major defense policy for the armament of the German military Troops and recruitment, instead of Troops reduction with the requirement for Constitutional amendment for the restructure of Germany's Defense Ministry Military Intervention policy and Intervention objectives with reduced, or totally eliminated limitations, or restrictions, specially in the domestic foreign conflicts for which German military has been limited to surveillance and Humanitarian assistance missions, or Natural Catastrophes out-break with controlled involvement in the mentioned armed foreign conflicts and in the war against terrorism.
