GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT HAS REQUESTED SUFFICIENT TIME PERIOD FOR THE REQUIRED FINAL DECISION ON WHETHER DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLES, OR VALUES MAY HAVE BEEN HURT BY CLAIMS OF GOVERNMENT VIOLATION OF INFORMATION CONTROL, OR INFORMATION TRANSFER TO THE OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES AND MEMBERS OF THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT.

    Germany's Highest Court located in Karlsruhe has requested sufficient time period for the required final decision on whether Democratic Principles, or Democratic Values May have been hurt by claims of government violation of information control, or information transfer to the Opposition Political Parties and members of the German Parliament, particularly on the required sufficient information transfer to the members of the Green Opposition Political Party in the German Parliament that have sued the government on claims of insufficient information transfer, or the control of important information transfer to the members of the Green Party, specially those that have been identified as members of the German Parliament and particularly the transfer of information on significant major financial Institutions and construction projects issues with emphasis on the information control on the financial markets downtrend of the previous Years in the Democratic Republic of  Germany attributed to the financial collapse of the past decade and half in the United State of America. Besides, the control of information on the major construction projects with the construction of structures of major magnitudes as the underground construction of Stuttgart 21 subway project with the construction of other much bigger and complex structures as the new Berlin Airport which its opening has been repeatedly postponed, due to design, or construction malfunction, or failure that have not been made known and kept secret for fear of withdrawal of tax money paid in hundreds of millions of euros for the mentioned financial and construction projects within certain time period in the projects outcome have been expected to be functional and very productive at the exact specified time period as usually agreed upon by the government's various Institutions responsible for the construction of complex and larger structures that have demanded much in tax money, but unfortunately have not been completed within the specified time period as specified by the government's construction contracts, or agreements that have not been subjected to thorough government's accountability methods for failure and the many unanswered questions by the responsible persons of the Ministry of Finance, and other Ministries responsible for the failure, or inadequate handling of companies finance the financial markets performance and the major construction companies, specially of the companies which its projects have repeatedly failed on the required erection of the major building structures within the given time period, due to delay , or failure that may require additional government's financial assistance support in tens to hundreds of millions of euros for the financial Institutions government Ministries and construction companies.
