Iran's President Hassan Rouhani has once again surprised the conservative Islamic Theocrats in the Islamic Republic of Iran and emerged victorious as the winner of Iran's Presidential election with minor election victory of fifty five percentage votes over the conservative Islamic Theocrat Presidential candidate Ibrahim Reyes who has lost for the first time Iran's Presidential election contest against the moderate Islamic Cleric Theocrat President Hassan Rouhani whose moderate Presidential mandates in the second term has helped him won the Presidential election for the second term in office as the elected President of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Besides, the known fact that the elected President has passed through the scrutiny of the most conservative Islamic Theocrats system of government that begins at the highest level and office of the Supreme Leader Ayotollah Ali Khomeni followed by similar scrutiny at Iran's upper House of Islamic Theocrats, the House of experts in various fields of significant work of the Ministries and the legislative and Parliamentary scrutiny of Iran's Parliament that may have given in, or accepted Iran's President moderate mandates for his Presidency in the Islamic Republic of Iran with overwhelming conservative clerics and right wing Theocrats. President Hassan Rouhani mandates entailed wide range significant issues with emphasis on the reform for bilateral relationship of the Republic of Iran with the United States of America and Western countries which has resulted in the partial lift of the sanction against Iran by the USA and Western countries which has lasted for decades. The elected President reform policy on the controversial nuclear program with the USA and the Western World has been generally described as successful, after the President succeeded in the signed nuclear program deal with the West for either the enrichment of high quality abundant liquid Uranium that would be used as fuel in the manufacture of Iran strategic Long Range Missiles that could be armed with nuclear war heads that are capable to target long distance targets in the far away locations of Western Europe Eastern Europe the Middle Eastern the Arab World the North African countries and the Persian Gulf, particularly at the Iranian Peninsula and the Strait of Humus, or the programs total shut down. Other significant issues with regard to Iran's President moderate policy entailed the requirement for improved trade relationship with the USA and Western countries, specially on Iran's petroleum export to the USA and Western countries which has been estimated worth the sum of over fifty billion euros in annual revenues, if both the USA and Western countries would agree on the total lift of sanction with limited production capacity on Iran's petroleum export to USA and Western countries that has cost Iran more than ten times the amount of one hundred and fifty billion dollars paid to Iran by the USA since the seventies until the present moment.
