DISPUTE OVER POLITICAL DIPLOMATIC AND MILITARY ISSUES INTENSIFIED BETWEEN GERMANY AND TURKEY , DESPITE THE REQUIREMENT FOR GLOBAL APPROACH TO THE FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM.

    Dispute over political diplomatic and military issues intensified between Germany and Turkey, after Turkey government repeatedly objected the official visit of Germany's member of Parliament to Incirlic Military Base in Turkey in which Germany's Air Force, the Infantry and other Troops have been stationed for the fight against terrorism and specifically against the Islamic Militants called ISIS that have remained operational and active in the areas of conflict and in many countries of the World respectively as in the current war in Syria Northern Iraq Region Afghanistan and globally in the major countries of USA Russia the European Union countries the Asian the Middle Eastern the Arab World the North African and the Western African country of Nigeria, specially in the regions in which the rise of Islamic Militants Forces activities continues in Rebel Movement formation and terror attacks activities in the mentioned many countries of this World which repeatedly alarmed many government's around the World and contributed to the  current global approach against the rise of Islamic Militants activities in the regions of conflicts of the mentioned countries and specifically against the rise of the Islamic Militant group called ISIS which has claimed success in Islamic resistance movement and terror attacks in the areas of conflicts and globally, despite denouncement of this types of resistance against any sort of injustice oppression the covered, or direct warfare against Islamic nations and Organizations in the Arab and none Arab World countries. As a result global approach in the fight against the rise of Islamic Militants and terrorism has been encouraged and supported by the major countries as the USA Russia the European Union countries, specially by Germany France the exiting EU member country of Britain and Turkey with other countries of the Arab World the Middle Eastern and African countries. However, Turkey government repeated refusal of the requested visit of Germany's member of Parliament to the military Base in Incirlik Turkey has remained unknown. Besides, Turkey government objection of Germany's support to the Kurdish Rebels of Syria and Northern Iraq Region by weapons delivery and in political, or humanitarian assistance by the recognition of Kurdish asylum seekers and refugees rights to asylum and refugee status and protection in the Democratic Republic of Germany. The government of Germany headed by Chancellor Angela Merkel on the other hand has reluctantly reacted to the Turkey government demands which has been generally referred to by the domestic and International medira as unconstitutional and not of democratic principles within Democratic countries as Germany which too has suggested withdrawal of it's Troops from the USA military Base in Incirlik Turkey for possible redeployment of it's Troops in Jordanian soil, despite GERMANY'S recent increasing ROLE of responsibility in the global fight against terrorism by military intervention in foreign conflicts for peace and Humanitarian assistance purpose. Nevertheless, the NATO has reflected its impartiality on the current dispute between the two NATO member countries of Germany and Turkey and suggested better solution to the current dispute between Germany and Turkey with the suggested and possibchle redeployment of Germany's Troops in the regions of conflicts as part of the undisputed and indescriminate global approach in the fight against terrorism in the regions of conflicts which unfortunately has frequently included civilian targets in the mentioned regions of conflicts.
