THE GOVERNMENT OF DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY HAS CALLED UPON THE USA AND RUSSIA FOR THE UNSPECIFIED AND UNSCHEDULED EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING ON NONE NUCLEAR PROLIFERATION TREATY AND AGAINST THE MANUFACTURE, OR EXPANSION OF WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION ARSENALS, OR THE ATOMIC BOMB ARSENALS.

      The government of Democratic Republic of Germany has called upon both the USA and Russia for the unspecified and unscheduled extra-ordinary meeting on None Nuclear Proliferation Treaty and for the prevention of the foreseeable crisis in the manufacture of weapons of mass destruction with the possible expansion of the atomic bomb arsenals by the World's major powers that possess the atomic bomb and other most dangerous weapons of mass destruction as the United States of America Russia Britain France Germany the European Union and East European countries and a number of the Asian the Middle Eastern the Arab World and African countries. The unspecified extra-ordinary meeting will be held in Germany's capital city Berlin in the nearest future, despite the urgency of the matter with regard to possible and serious consequences that may proliferate in to the World from a number of the mentioned Continents and countries, if nothing is done against the predicted crisis in exponential growth of the ambition of the major countries with other developing countries for nuclear technology with emphasis on the manufacture, or expansion of the formidable weapons as the atomic bomb the long range missiles armed with nuclear war heads for, or against the None Nuclear Proliferation, or Britain's Trident Nuclear Deterrence and the World's strategic defense policy against nuclear assault and nuclear proliferation from the World's major atomic bomb manufactures, or the countries that are in possession of these destructive weapons. These threats, or rather reports of both the domestic and International media on the manufacture, or expansion of the atomic bomb, or other weapons of mass destruction arsenals appeared on the World's media, after the President of the United States of America Donald Trump officially announced his intention for expansion and upgrade of USA atomic and nuclear arsenals located in unspecified USA various States and as part of the President's unspecified, or unknown mandate for the defense of the country from nuclear assault, or the long range Continental missiles armed with nuclear war heads. The None Nuclear Proliferation Treaty meeting has been for the Global None Proliferation Treaty against the manufacture, or expansion of the atomic bomb arsenals, the Continental Missiles, or the Long Range Ballistic Missiles armed with the dangerous nuclear war heads. This foreseeable high level extra-ordinary and serious strategic defense meeting on issues of increasing magnitude will be the first of its type of an extra-ordinary meeting that will be held on strategic defense issues in Germany's capital city Berlin since the Second World War, despite the known fact that meetings of such magnitude have been held in either the Russian capital city Moscow, or in the United States of America capital city Washington DC and other major cities that have regarded as second third fourth, or fifth to Washington DC as New York city California Florida Navada and New Mexico.
