GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT OVERTURNED FINAL DECISION ON THE BAN OF RIGHT WING POLITICAL PARTIES FROM POLITICAL PARTICIPATION IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY HAS BEEN EXTENDED BY THE CONTROVERSIAL DECISION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ALLOCATION FOR THE RIGHT WING POLITICAL PARTIES OF GERMANY THAT HAS BEEN GENERALLY DENOUNCED AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Germany's Highest Court overturned final decision on the ban of right wing political parties from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany, particularly Germany's National Democratic Political Party (NDP) with the Neo-Nazi suspects to the current extended suggestion with the decision for withdrawal of government's annual financial assistance that has been estimated in the sum of one point million euros in annual financial allocation to the right wing political parties in the previous Years, specially in the Year two thousand and fifteen has once again resurface as the most highlighted and controversial political decision and policy making issue of the last two weeks that may last for many months, or Years, due to the difficult decision making process between the three main branches of the government, specifically the Executive Branch the Legislative Branch and the Judiciary Branch on the requirement for Constitutional amendment that has been demanded by the various political parties of Germany that entailed the Christian Coalition Government Political Parties with the Opposition Parties of the Democratic Republic of Germany that comprised of the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU) the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) and the Social Democratic Political Party (SPD) with the Opposition Political Parties as the Left Wing Political Party often referred to as the Linke the Green Party of Germany the Alternative for Deutschland (AFD) and the Free Democratic Political Party (FDP) of Germany that may recover in this Year's general election and obtain the required number of seats in the German Parliament the Bundestag with the possible inclusion in the next Year's coalition government. However, the controversy on this particular policy making decision between the major ruling Coalition Government with the Opposition Political Parties on the ban of financial assistance for the right wing political parties with the ban on political participation may have been attributed to the Highest Court repeated adjournment of its required final decision on the controversial political decisions of this Year and the previous Years with further emphasis on the previous demand for the ban of Germany's right wing political party the NDP with the Neo-Nazi suspects from political participation in the various Central and Federal States of the Democratic Republic of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen which too has been further extended by the demand for the ban on government's financial assistance to the right wing political parties of Germany. The suggested financial ban, or rather sanction on Germany's right wing political parties may temporarily affect, or weaken the parties activities, specially the parties that have survived the required final decision of the Highest Court for their ban from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany on one side and on the other side it may strengthen the party's influence as an independent and free political party of Germany from foreign influence that may include the influence of the European Union Member Countries.
