THE CHANCELLOR OF GERMANY TESTIFIED AGAINST VIOLATION OF DATA PROTECTION LEGISLATION BY ESPIONAGE OF PERSONAL DATA OVER THE VAST MEANS OF INFORMATION TRANSFER MEDIA DURING THE TELEVISED PRESS CONFERENCE HELD IN BERLIN OVER THE WEEKEND.

      Chancellor Angela Merkel the Chancellor of Democratic Republic of Germany testified  against violation of data protection legislation by espionage of sensitive personal data over the vast means of information transfer media during the brief televised press Conference held in Berlin on Thursday February sixteenth in the Year two thousand and seventeen and over the weekend. Whether the spying scandal may have been based on spying of personal data over the vast tele-communication data as the fax and phone calls and the internet networks by the American National security Intelligence called the ANS within the capital city Berlin and in other various States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen remains less known. As a result of this testimony of the Chancellor against ANS data espionage in Germany's various States and perhaps in other Eurozone countries, Germany has been listed as the second Eurozone country to France that has officially complained against personal data violation by various groups within the Eurozone countries and other foreign countries in which this violation has been generally referred to, or claimed many individuals and groups as the scandal, or intrusion of the USA Intelligence Service Agency that has been referred to as the ANS for which their spying has been directed against personal data of leaders of the European Union countries, particularly those from France and Germany. However, what may have been attained by the Chancellor's testimony has not been revealed during, or after the televised press Conference and may remain a secret for few individuals, specially after the domestic and International Eurozone countries media have further speculated on the testified facts of espionage expalined by the Chancellor of Democratic Republic of Germany. Other media sources have speculated, or rather insisted on the claims of the sought for solution to the current data protection violation in the Eurozone countries by the specified and the unknown Intelligence Services as the USA ANS. Political diplomatic legislative and technical solution to the current crisis of personal data violation by the ANS may be required at the various levels, despite the difficulties that have been attributed to lack of technical break-through, rather than the political the legislative and diplomatic solution being sought by the Eurozone governments to the current crisis. Scientists from Germany's various Universities and Higher Institutions of Technology and Research, particularly the researchers in the Germany's Southern University of Erlangen have requested more time on the research being carried out, or studied that may determine the required break-through for the solution to the problem of personal data violation by espionage, specially among the European Union countries leaders and ordinary citizens.
