BRITAIN'S UPPER HOUSE HAS KICKED OFF ITS REQUIRED PARTICIPATION ON THE BREXIT BILL DEBATE WITH THE HIGH COURT CONSENT AND THE PRIME MINISTER SUPERVISION WHO HAS BEEN SAID TO HAVE ASCENDED HIGHER TO THE POSITION OF BRITAIN'S CROWN.

Britain's Upper House that has been generally referred to as the House of Lords has kicked off its required participation on the Brexit Bill Debate with the consent of Britain's High Court and the  supervision of Prime Minister Theresa May who has been said to have ascended higher to the position of Britain's Crown during, or when the Brexit Bill Debate begun as scheduled in the Upper House and would last for two days. Britain's Prime Minister May and her ruling Conservative Party of Britain may face difficulty in the unelected Upper House of Britain, or the House of Lords that has enjoyed majority voting support and the authority to either pass, or amend the Prime Minister's eleven points plan for Britain's exit from EU with the enacted legislations in Britain, before its final hand over to the European Union Parliament for the required completion of the process for Britain's exit from the European Union Membership, despite its approval by the British Parliament earlier in the month with the majority support of four hundred and ninety four votes against one hundred and twenty two votes. This unprecedented political issue of the decade in the British system for Britain's exit from the EU has required participation of all the significant branches of the system of government that included the ordinary citizens participation in the policy making with the decision making process by the Referendum that has reflected the government's seriousness in implementing the democratically accepted principles in the policy making, or decision making process of the system of government with fair, or tougher accountability methods that has been required of every significant branch of the system of government and specially of the British current government in handling this rather delicate decision making process that will determine the right path for Britain's exit from the EU Membership, or the alternative right path for its remain in the EU Membership, after extended period of time that may last for many Years which too may have been predicted by either the government's Executive, or by the scientists projections, specially on the unknown outcome of the government's decision with regard to the Upper House final decision on Brexit. In other words, if the House of Lords would demand an amendment of the Prime Minister's eleven point plan for the exit of Britain from the EU with the additional significant issues that would accompany the exit of Britain as the request for the remain of  Britain in the EU, or the demand for the remain of European Union countries citizens with their businesses that have remained functional within Britain ,the United Kingdom and possibly in other parts of the former British Empire, or the current British Common Wealth countries. Besides, the requirement for revision of Britain's participation and compliance with various Treaties, or agreements which includes the trade agreements, or Treaties Human Rights Security and Defense Agreements .
