EUROPEAN UNION LEADERS AND MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT CONCLUDED THE FIRST SIGNIFICANT MEETING OF THE YEAR ON THE CURRENT REFUGEE AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS IN WESTERN EUROPE WITH ADDITIONAL TEN POINTS FOR DISCUSSION TO THE SCHEDULED SIGNIFICANT ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION IN THE EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT FOR THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND AND SEVENTEEN

      European Union leaders and members of Parliament concluded the first significant meeting of the Year of the European Union government and the European Union Parliament with regard to the current refugee crisis in Western Europe during the meeting held in Malta over the last weekend with the additional ten points subjects for discussion on the refugee crisis which certainly has increased the number of significant issues for discussion in the European Union Parliament for the Year two thousand and seventeen to many folds that should begin with the immediate halt of illegal border crossing over the Mediterranean Sea and the Mediterranean coastal regions, specifically from the North African Mediterranean coastal region with emphasis on the Libyan Mediterranean coastal region to the most Southern European Union coastal regions, where both refugees and illegal immigrants aboard the specified small fishing boats have frequently capsized in the Mediterranean Sea and drowned the innocent refugees and illegal immigrants from North and West African countries the Arab World countries of Syria Northern Iraq Afghanistan and other parts of the World as specified by the European Union first Referendum of the month of July the fifteenth in the Year two thousand and sixteen on the tragic accidents of refugees and illegal immigrants boats in the Mediterranean Sea that have killed tens of thousands of refugees and illegal immigrants which resulted in to further discussion of the European Union and Geneva Conventions and the United Nations  Charter on Human Rights which its statements for failed observation of the Human Rights complains, or rather abuse by the European Union countries which included Britain with other major countries of the World as the United States of America Russia China Canada Australia and Germany triggered, or caused immediate deployment of European Union countries Naval Forces in the Mediterranean Sea that have fortunately succeeded in the rescue effort of the refugees and illegal immigrants whose boats have frequently capsized and killed, or may have been rescued by European Union Naval Forces in the estimated numbers of tens of thousands of refugees and illegal immigrants. However, priorities on the scheduled issues for discussion in the European Union Parliament with regard to the additional points of discussion on the refugee and illegal immigration crisis in Western Europe that requires immediate discussion with the possible solution and implementation in the European Union Parliament entailed the significant issues on the unity of the European Union countries the security of the European Union countries the immigration issues the electronic market of the European Union countries in relation to global trade issues the social issues in the European Union countries with emphasis on the rising unemployment rates, specially among the younger generations of the European Union countries and the defense issues of the European Union countries with the NATO, or without the NATO.
