GERMANY'S DEFENSE MINISTER CONTROVERSIAL MANDATE OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND AND SIXTEEN THAT SPECIFIED IMPROVEMENT OF THE GERMAN MILITARY HAS OVERRIDDEN THE GOVERNMENT'S CONSITUTIONAL AND DEFENSE POLICY HURDLES AGAINST IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MANDATE UNTIL THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND AND TWENTY FIVE.

       Germany's Defense Minister controversial mandate of the Year two thousand and sixteen that specified improvement of German military the Bundeswehr to more attractive military and defense Institution for jobs creation in the various fields of defense  education and other services has gained the support of Germany's coalition government cabinet members that entailed the political parties with the Opposition Parties as the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU) the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) the Social Democratic Political Party (SPD) the Green Political Party with the other political parties and the Opposition Political Parties as the Left and the Right Wing Opposition Political Parties that have supported the defense mandate that surpassed the government's Constitutional and Defense hurdles that demanded the amendment of both the Constitution and the current defense policy of the government for the required improvement in the German military that had suffered restriction in the various fields of education and defense projects, due to the past defense policy with Constitutional restriction that had demanded restriction of the Germany military from intervention in the foreign conflicts contrary to Germany's current increasing role of responsibility in Humanitarian missions and intervention in foreign conflicts as the current intervention of the German military in Afghanistan Northern Iraq Syria  Turkey Mali Somalia and Southern Sudan. Besides, the demand for disarmament of the German military with the additional demand for Troops reduction, instead of Germany's current defense policy for armament of the Bundeswehr with recruitment of the young men and women in the service of uniform and for the defense of the country, after the Defense Minister mandate for improvement of the military has successfully over- ridden the Constitutional and Defense policy hurdles that had limited Germany's increasing role of responsibility in Humanitarian Missions and intervention in foreign conflicts in the  mentioned and other countries around the World in which Humanitarian Missions and conflict resolution has been required for many decades. However, Germany's Defense Minister has reconfirmed its intention for implementation of the Defense Minister mandate, despite Constitutional and Defense Policy restriction early Yesterday and specified the number of nearly two hundred thousand as the number of soldiers that have been and will be recruited as part of the Defense Minister mandate for improvement of the German military, or the Bundeswehr with additional Troops that will be trained and deployed in the various fields of the Defense Ministry and foreign countries, specially for the reinforcement of the German military that have been stationed in the mentioned countries of Turkey the Arab World North Africa West Africa and East African countries. Cyber Defense and Surveillance missions by either Satellites, or the unmanned vehicles called Drones have been mentioned as the importants fileds in which trained military men and civilian military personnel have been required in the mentioned competitive fields of high technology that included the Missiles Defense Systems with Interception Capabilities which the German military with Defense Ministry of Germany has repeatedly denied its military breakthrough in the fields of Missiles Defense Systems with Interception Capability. Reserve vacancies for the military reserves will be increased by many folds from forty thousand to four hundred thousand and counting until the Year two thousand and twenty five, besides the sixty thousand civilian vacant posts that will be made available for qualified civilian military personnel in the German military.
