USA CYBER DEFENSE BULLING HEADS TO THE EAST AFRICAN CITY OF NAIROBI, AFTER USA CYBER DEFENSE AND SPACE CENTER FORCES EFFECTIVELY BULLIED GERMANY'S CYBER DEFENSE COMMAND CENTER LOCATED IN GERMANY'S SMALL CITY OF BONN BAD GODESBERG ABOUT A YEAR AGO.

   The unconfirmed reports of USA Cyber Defense and Space Center Forces bulling that may be heading towards the horn of the African Continent and specifically toward the East African city of Nairobi has remained unconfirmed, after they had effectively bullied and ordered closer of Germany's and Europe's most effective Cyber Defense Command Center located in Germany's small city of Bonn Bad Godesberg a bout a year ago and became more controversial political security and defense issue in Europe and the African countries shortly, after the unconfirmed reports about repeated warnings by Cyber Defense Forces spread against the scheduled Cyber Defense meetings of the European Cyber Defense Forces the East African countries and African Continent Cyber Security and Cyber Defense civil experts meeting that may be held in the Kenyan capital city Nairobi on July 9th until July 10th of the year two thousand and eighteen, if the threats of warnings of the unspecified Cyber Defense Forces would become more realistic threats than the asserted threats of warnings which both the domestic and the International media have generally described as the asserted threats of warnings and bulling of the USA Cyber Defense and Space Center Forces that has been heading towards the horn of the African Continent and specifically against the capital city of Kenya which is Nairobi. Besides similar meetings of the African countries Defense Ministers and OAU annual meetings scheduled to take place in Kampala the capital city of Uganda and in Yamoussoukro the capital city of Ivory Coast respectively. The reliable and unreliable sources in the African Continent which entailed the domestic and the International media have emphasized on the good purpose and intentions of the Cyber Security and civil Cyber Defense meetings which both have been intended to promote security peace and to upgrade the e-commerce marketing businesses in the African Continent which accounts for less than one third of the e-commerce marketing and financial businesses in other countries, specially when compared to the higher percentage markets share and profits of the mentioned businesses in the USA the EU the Asian countries Australia Canada and many other countries of the Middle Easter and the Arab World countries. However, there has been only one question I would like to ask on the magnitude of these mentioned Cyber Security and Civil Cyber Defense meetings of the African nations with the accompanying projects that may follow after the meetings conclusion, if compromise were to be attained on many of the controversial issues with problems facing the African nations has been how prepared would the Cyber Security and Cyber Defense experts of the African countries be against threats of attacks by other Cyber Security and Cyber Defense Forces until on the scheduled dates of the meeting which have been the 9th and 19th of July in the Year two thousand and eighteen? The European, or rather the German Cyber Security and Cyber Defense experts and forces contained cyber attacks against various cyber network systems and intercepted hundreds of missiles that had been launched from the unspecified sites of launch in the Russian farthest Western border to East of Ukraine against the capital city Berlin and they managed to destroy all of them, after Germany's, or rather the European Cyber Security and Cyber Defense High Command Center located in Germany's small city if Bonn Badgodesberg had been shutdown.
