COMPENSATION FOR NUCLEAR REACTORS AND POWER COMPANIES THAT USES NUCLEAR FISSION AS THEIR MAIN TECHNIQUE FOR GENERATION OF ELECTRIC ENERGY MAY REQUIRE THE HIGHEST COURT FINAL DECISION.

Energy companies that uses the atomic energy as their main energy source for generation of electricity to meet the ever increasing high demand for electric power consumption at various work places and in many Households in the Democratic Republic of Germany and other parts of Europe, after what has been described as the stress test of Nuclear Reactors in Germany's various States that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen and the EU countries that may have rendered few Nuclear Reactors disfunctional, or may have contributed to the scheduled  shutdown of the Nuclear Reactors until the year two thousand and twenty two to the year two thousand and thirty five, due to the implemented legislation or the enforcement of the enacted legislation for a unified change of the governments' energy policy with the shift from the hazardous and polluting main energy sources as the atomic and fossil fuel respectively to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources  which too, and in other words may have fueled the authorized  shutdown of all the Nuclear Reactors at the specified time period and became one of Eurozone's most controversial energy policy that may require the Highest Court final decision on the compensation process by the allocation of financial assistance packages for power companies that have eithger shutdown their old and new nuclear Reactors, or may have scheduled the shutdown of the nuclear Reactors until the specified time period. However, the coalition government cabinet members has adjourned its required final decision on today's only session of meeting held in the capital Berlin which has been intended to resolve the controversy on the compensation process by the allocation of financial packages for the power companies which their Nuclear Reactors have been shutdown, or may have been scheduled for the shutdown until the specified time period. As a result the less conclusive meetings and debates of the cabinets on the controversial allocation of finance packages for the power companies that may have been affected, or hit hard by the unified energy policy and the enacted legislation that authorized enforcement within the specified time period may require the Highest Court final decision on the compensation process by the allocation of specific, or varied amounts in hundreds of millions to billions of euros to the energy companied that have been forced by the legislation to accept the shutdown of the mentioned new and functional Nuclear Reactors that have easily met higher demand for energy supply in the various States and the Eurozone countries, specially in the many States that have embraced the unified energy policy with the enacted legislation, despite reports of power outage in few smaller towns and villages of the mentioned States and Eurozone countries.
