OAU MEMBERS DEFENSE COALITION ORGANIZATION STUMBLED IN THE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO STRENGTHEN UNITY AND DEFENSE CAPABILITY OF THE AFRICAN COUNTRIES.

The Organization of the African Unity Defense Organization (OAU) members defense coalition has repeatedly stumbled in its many attempts to strengthen unity and defense capability of the African nations that have been listed as members of the OAU during the annual meetings of the African countries defense Ministers held in the various capital cities of the major African nations. All countries in the African Continent have been listed as OAU members and part of the African Continent defense coalition, except Morocco which had withdrawn from membership of OAU and then reapplied for members of the Organization for unspecified reasons which may have been political divide among the major political parties of Morocco which entailed the Islamic Political Parties. Despite continued effort of the OAU Defense Organization to unify African countries defense capability during the annual meetings of the African countries defense Ministers held in the African countries capital cities, no compromise has been attained on various major and minor issues required to strengthen the defense capability of the listed OAU member countries. Few of the obstacles, or rather controversial and difficult issues against a unified African Continent defense strategy has been mentioned as wide range and entailed the political the security the financial and the defense itself by upgraded defense infrastructure and armament of the African countries nations. Opponents of a unified African Defense Pact claimed that the OAU had been founded in May of the year nineteen sixty three with the intention for political unity and not strengthen defense unity system for fortification of the African nations against foreign occupation, or intervention. However, future scheduled meetings intended for the required unity of the African countries with strengthened defense pact have been scheduled in Ivory Coast Kenya and Uganda for the OAU annual meeting for Cyber Defense Forces Convention and for the annual Convention of the African nations Defense Ministers respectively.
