GREEN PEACE ACTIVISTS PROTEST AGAINST TRANSPORT OF RUSSIA'S MOBILE NUCLEAR REACTOR FROM THE WEST TO THE EAST OF RUSSIA HAS REVEALED THE SIGNIFICANCE AND CURRENT POSITION OF RUSSIA'S FLEDGLING DEMOCRACY AGAINST THE RATHER RELAXED RUSSIAN DOCTRINES AGAINST ATTACK, OR OCCUPATION BY OBJECTS, OR COUNTRIES RESPECTIVELY.

     Green Peace Activists protest against transport of mobile nuclear Reactor aboard one of Russia's biggest ships from the Western part of Russia to the Eastern part of Russia, specifically to Siberia has caused wide range domestic and International protest, despite Green Peace Activists repeated failed attempts to sail in smaller fishing boards for the intercept of Russia's biggest and mobile Nuclear Reactor aboard Russia's biggest ship in the Black and  Adriatic Sea. This protest has been organized Green Peace Activists and Environmentalists, due to Green Peace Activists objection to Russia use of the atomic energy as its main source of energy for generation of electricity to resolve electric power outage problems in the Siberian Mountains and its region during the cold weather with exceedingly lower Winter Season freezing temperatures in the Eastern part of Russia, particularly in the Siberia Mountain and its region. This rather peaceful Green Peace Activists protest in smaller fishing boats that have sailed  tens of miles along side Russia's biggest ship that had carried Russia's mobile nuclear Reactor in the many failed attempts  to stop the ship and in the presence of Russia's nuclear Reactor and atomic bomb military experts aboard the ship has revealed the significance of Russia's fledgling Democracy and Russia's rather relaxed Doctrines against attack and occupation by objects and countries respectively. However, Russian government and military response against the intercepting objects in Green Peace Activists sailing boats has been surprisingly rather mild, despite the recent military skirmishes of both the Russian Navy and Russian military against the Western foreign forces at the Adriatic the Black Sea the East European countries borders to Russian and at the Russian Western border to East of Ukraine. The Russian government spoke person simply said that the deployment of the Russian Mobile Nuclear Reactor to Siberia has been for energy supply in the neglected and extreme colder region of Siberia, while Green Peace Activists claimed their protest was intended to prevent another Chernobyl in the Sea and Oceans. Russian Parliament repeated failed attempts to amend, or totally change the current major Russian Doctrines for further Democratization of Russia has remained a major controversial political issue in the Russian recent policy for Democracy that gas been rarely discussed at the Parliament, or various political Parties, specially the Opposition Political Party whose leader has been frequent, or an in and out prisoner. Experts in the Russian legislation claimed that the most difficult to amend, or to abolish legislative authority orders of the Russian system have been the Doctrines it took eighteen years to amend two Russian Doctrines to enable Democracy entry in to Russia and it may again  take two to three decades to amend the Russian Doctrines against attack, or occupation by foreign objects and foreign countries respectively.
