EBOLA OUTBREAK IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO AND FEW WEST AFRICAN COUNTRIES HAS BEEN RATED AN EPIDEMIC AND REMAINS GLOBAL HEALTH CONCERN OF THE WORLD'S MAJOR HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS.

    The World Health Organization (WHO) has expressed concern about the spread of Ebola virus in the various African countries, particularly in the Democratic Republic of Congo and set guidelines, or rather measures with  immediate response in vaccine and other medicines delivery to the Democratic Republic of Congo for the required control against the spread of ebola domestically within Congo and in the neighboring countries of the Central the Eastern and West African countries, specially in the countries in which new cases of Ebola outbreak has been speculated upon as of rather unique traits which may have mutated and remains difficult to identified by health specialists and medical Doctors as either Ebola viruses, or bacteria, or both, specially the new cases in the capital Kinshasa and Mbangaka in which Ebola has killed many children and infected hundreds others, despite the World Health Organization (WHO) attempts to contain the spread of Ebola in the African countries and other parts of the World by immediate treatment of the infected and vaccination of the uninfected citizens in the Ebola cases had been reported earlier in the month. However, Scientists and Doctors have expressed their concern about global approach of the World Health Organization to contain the spread of ebola by vaccine and other measures as travel restriction for the citizens of the African countries in which cases of Ebola outbreak have been reported to Health Organizations in the USA the EU and the African countries, due to the wide range and less identified sources of Ebola disease in the African Continent forests rivers sea and the Ocean, besides the sources in the plants the animals insects and water that naturally, or easily makes their ways further North without restrictions, but have been naturally contained by nature, due different habitats and changes of climates in the various Continents in which birds animals and water flow have made their varied upward movement further North without restriction control, or vaccination of the birds with the animals of which many have been identified as host, or carriers of the disease that has not been able to kill any of the mentioned groups of the living things once they cross the Continental borders. Other similar obstacles have been mentioned as the financial burden on the Organization thgast has been overwhelmed by global health issues such as poverty, or starvation lack of basic infrastructures and varied difficult conditions for health Institutions, or hospitals and clinics to operate efficiently. Besides,  the spread of various types of diseases which millions of the inhabitants have annually survived until the old age to many scientists and Doctors surprise about the miracle, or rather the unknown power of nature.
